100% they are subletting to someone else when they are not there , remember all that kerfuffle when the went to Abu Dhabi at the end of last years visit, yeah someone else was definitely moving in etc
They are only renting it for the horrendous weeks when it is far too hot and others leave , otherwise why would you not go in the terrible uk months when it is a more temperate climate in Dubai ???

Very hard to do that in Dubai. It's normally yearly rent paid by 4 post dated cheques.
Only way to get short term rent is Airbnb or a hotel apartment
