What is the backstory about the crystal ball woman? I remember something from a few years ago but not what it was?

She has a disabled child she hates, a husband she uses as a house slave, they both drink but only to excess. She's a plagiarist, a fantasist & a dogshit dumb bitch who makes up complex scenarios based on precisely zero information, publishes what she calls exclusives on stories which appeared in the DM the day before & claims to have multiple inside sources on every reality TV situation.
Primarily those sources are the voices in her head. Though she did speak once or twice to Cousin Amy Duggar before even that pathetic attention ho saw the light. She was also right up Grifty-Ho Blanchard's family's arses till something split up that tawdry band.

But apart from that she's just lovely.

This is what I suspected initially but it could be a relative. I think I posted footage of them on the show in Panama Beach in 2019 and someone else posted some photos of them that year. I don’t want to even think about it honestly. Though my initial feeling was kids could be taken away if Kendra already knew about it and kept the info? Just speculating

That one screenshot from Katie Joy about Joe, if you google keywords on it it’s all traced back to Reddit or some other site from a few years back or the last week I think it’s common knowledge and she just gets like manic almost and rehashes information it looks like. Some of what she says is true and believe she does know some inside info, but I’ve seen more shite from her than actual facts. Think she’s burned her bridges in the fundie world. I remember following her years ago when I was into 90day fiance and thought the same. I was on TikTok for 10 minutes today and my algorithm popped up of a local girl who was saying something similar about the psalm in church. Of course we know they gather around and pray on these things, that’s their whole MO, “we’re not sinning, they were tempted by the women, Nike!” That’s what people are saying all over the gossip sites from quick glance, that Joe confessed because he is quite stupid and sheltered. Even on that call with his lawyer, he is so nonchalant. I believe Josh said something like “was someone looking up child p*rn?” when the cops raided his car lot and they didn’t even ask like. They are very uneducated and sheltered, controlled. You’d think Jim Bob would be a step ahead and educate them on common sense legal things, did they learn nothing from Josh? My point is, they fully believe that “confessing” frees them from sin and taught (by Gothard) that these are natural urges. The fact the girls still haven’t f*cked off from that family after what Josh did to them is insane and that can be the only scenario in my opinion. I’m not saying he shouldn’t have confessed here, just that they lack common sense. It would make you think there’s much more that’s happened over the years in the religion. Was their grandfather ever arrested?

I don't think she has any recognized education qualifications. She has no real work history outside the home. Her identity has just been daughter = sister =wife = mother.

She also come across as developmentally frozen in past interviews. For them a woman’s value is to be a wife and pop out kids. Josh’s repeated betrayals followed by "public repentance" and his family creates pressure to forgive. For her to ever even think of leaving she would need significant intervention with a trained team of mental health professionals to get out of the cult not a counselor from her community who will never name Josh’s behavior as predatory and reinforce back to her duty to forgive.

There is so much that goes into Christian fundamentalism denominations such as the IBLP that you read it and go “Jesus did not die on the cross for people to believe it’s gospel.”

OK I haven't been keeping up with the child abuse cult since Josh got sent away & before that I had lost interest in about 2018 when I did have a page called 19 Molestations & Counting on Facebook. It is insane to me as well that they can even get these but from my understanding, here’s why:

Anyone can go to the county police website where someone is arrested and request them for like $15 by filling out a form from what I saw on their website when I posted the livestream link. The phone calls and emails are just strange to be able to see, I understand if you’re a criminal you deserve it but it’s like they have no laws against invasion of privacy. Would these not hurt his case or be unfair legally? That said, if you do the crime I have no sympathy like. I wonder if this is just a Florida state specific thing or did they know they could be obtained when writing them? I didn’t follow Josh case but they’ve all done this before so it’s their second time around

The public statements are very different from their private communication with each other. Saying all the right things publically, condemning Joe, thoughts with the child etc but clearly they don't see Joes peadophilc actions as wrong. The men in their religion are more important than women or children and the vulnerable can be abused in any way the men see fit. I'm disgusted.

Jinger looks understandably shook, and references this not being the first time they have went through this with a Duggar sibling. I think no matter what anyone's opinions are on Jeremy and Jinger or any of the other older girls, there seems to be an expectation on them all to publicly comment on Joe. But what about all the other brothers? Noone is asking for them to condemn it. Unfortunately for the girls they have ready been victims of Josh's crime, I can't imagine dealing with any of that myself.

No one demanded that Jinger & Jill speak. They did it because they're decent & they want people to know they are not standing beside their disgusting brothers. The brothers are in fact being asked to speak out but they're not. Probably because most of them are up to the same thing or they know that the others are. They all know that their father is & think it's OK, obviously.

That all of their brothers are predators? There is a difference between girls throwing themselves at the boys (depending on the girls ages of course) and what Josh/Joe have done.
