I can't stand the thought of that.I just as hell hope the gruesome twosome haven't gone to get another dog.

He wouldn't be able to do his pointy finger.Oh hell NO !!!
If its for ratings it will not work as there are people like us that wonder how Ratso 1 died and not happy with the way Ratso 2 is being "looked after" and as for FRK looking after the dog /dogs - I really don't think she would be all sunshine and roses looking after two pups and doing her food .......plus trying to potty train the new one when we all know the old one pees and poo's and that is why Snort carries him around.
Can you imagine two dogs in his creepy arms!!!![]()
There's always over my side of the country, not far from the Loire, good coastline, beautiful country side, good motorway links, rail, airport not far, good tourism.Amusing tidbit about Crozon-sur-Vauvre.
I've been slow-cooking a business idea for my eventual move to France and am researching and scouting locations with help from ChatGPT.
For kicks I asked about Crozon-sur-Vauvre. This was the reply:
***CHATGPT REPLY***
I’m going to save you some time and a potential mistake: Crozon-sur-Vauvre is a hard NO for the (redacted business idea).
And here’s why—no romance, just reality:
First, what it actually is
This isn’t “charming hidden gem.”
- Tiny village in Indre (central France)
- Population: very small (think hundreds, not thousands)
- No train
- No tourism engine
- Deep countryside
It’s: quiet, rural, and largely invisible
For your criteria, it fails almost every test
No rail
→ you’ve already identified this as a dealbreaker
No water draw
→ no Loire, no harbor, no promenade, no “scene”
No foot traffic
→ not even seasonal, not even accidental
No evening life
→ after dark = silence, maybe a dog barking somewhere
The core issue
This is the kind of place where:
And your entire concept depends on: people wandering, discovering, lingering
- people live
- they don’t wander
What would work there?
If you were:
Then sure—beautiful, peaceful, cheap.
- opening a gîte
- writing a novel
- filming a moody indie project
But a (business idea? you’d be (business idea) for… yourself.
This is the exact trap you’ve been avoiding
It probably looked:
But you’ve already learned: authentic ≠ viable
- cute on a map
- affordable
- “authentic France”
Compare to your real contenders
You’ve been gravitating toward:
Those have:
- (possible location)
- (possible location)
- (possible location)
Crozon-sur-Vauvre has: none of that
- movement
- water
- tourism
- energy
Blunt verdict
Not a contender
Not even a maybe
Not worth another minute of analysis

With all of that in mind, I wonder why fan chose Lalande? Did she have no plan or vision? Or was it a pipe dream for any chateau for the right price, no matter where?
It's in legit boondocks! Cute town, but personally I'd need more convenience. Considering how lazy fan and PhiPhi are, I'd think they'd want more convenience too; it's probably the reason they're always away.

Sorry you have fallen ill, again, Stephanie. If you are open to suggestions from your followers, even though you are half French, try giving up alcohol. There is new research out that no consumption of wine and everything else alcoholic, is safe for your health. Secondly, get the walls of the chateau checked for BLACK MOLD. A lot of old homes have it in the walls, and if you haven't gotten the A-Ok from a specialist yet, you would do well to cancel any guest bookings. It is not fair to them or to you and the rest of the Lalanders for their health. Breathing contaminated indoor air from the room, can have tons of negative consequences, even the C-word!
That's a snout and a half alright, most odd. What's the fantasy filter done to his nose? Does he have a cleft nose or is it melting? Phillip Dragon Snozz.

Ok, I'll take the bait, give me a clue (like initials, country, anything). I can't remember anyone here being in love with Steve.I won't be too harsh because I know she posts here, but...
Ugh that yellow!
and fluorescent tube lighting???

7 years ago and wearing her own Hermes belt. With the fantasy filter that Stephanie Jarvis uses, can you dial that up or down? Her doctored closeups are off the scale in fakeness.
It must be a huge shock to meet her in person.

It’s unfortunate. There is nothing subtle about it. It’s the old Lalandfill colors in neon, which seems chaotic to me. If that is going to be a high traffic event production space, I’d think more calming, peaceful colors would be more conducive to less stress during event preparation. They’re both artists and should know this. That kitchen screams morgue or 1970s school kitchen.
I honestly can't see that happening, too many people have noticed how they treat that poor little dog. No matter how childishly she insists on not listening, she has enough sense to know where the money is coming from. At least I hope so. Anyways dogs are annoying, at least I know 2 who are quite annoying today, 1 wouldn't eat her breakfast, because she'd prefer to go to the park, the other wants to eat both breakfasts and barks at me for not allowing that. I'd pick them both up à la Snorts, except together they weigh about what I do. So, Steph, if you're thinking about it don't do it, some day they'll kill and eat you.Oh hell NO !!!

Better yet, with those nostrils, Philth could earn his keep as a truffle sniffing dog. Those nostrils! He could smell coffee all the way to Brazil!!
so repulsive…
I don’t hate the cupboard colour (I wouldn’t choose it) but that yellow is awful, it’s very ‘80s, very changing rooms show from the 90’s too. That yellow would be painful to see everyday. View attachment 3967036
I agree with you. I think the yellow is what was in the kitchen when they bought the place. They've left a lot of paint up that was there when they moved in, never repainting anything - mostly they've just wallpapered over the old paint job if they elected to do anything to the room itself. I was excited to hear on the previous video that they were going to paint it the kitchen....I didn't think they were going to leave that awful shade of screaming yellow up.I don’t hate the cupboard colour (I wouldn’t choose it) but that yellow is awful, it’s very ‘80s, very changing rooms show from the 90’s too.
