marquis ceiling not finished as ran out of moulding. Also needs to fic chimney piece. She also wants the doors and panelling guilded and is trying..haha to find a specialist painter.
oh yes the moulding... wasn't there also something with the 8K wallpaper loo which is still unfinished?

The panels can do without the gilding.

She could hold up the ceiling in the grand salon with the stack of survey by now

We dont really care about straight teeth - as long as teeth are healthy and looked after, why do they have to be straight?
Crooked teeth are much more likely to have problems. Cavities for one, and later in life, when the jaw starts to shrink, there can be a lot of problems. When my teeth were crooked, I had so many problems with cavities because my teeth were to crowded. Here's just a little info I found. Of course, I'm sure there are people with crooked teeth that don't have problems. I'm not sure who the "we" are in your post, but I have noticed that societies where once crooked teeth were quite accepted, now have changing attitudes. I still have my natural teeth, both my parents did to when they died in. their 80s and 90s.

Straight teeth keep your teeth healthy and your gums protected against bacteria, which could help you to prevent life-threatening medical issues. A study by the University of Helsinki from 2016 showed that there's a direct connection between infections of the root tip of a tooth and coronary artery disease.Feb 11, 2022

If you insist… their are two roses for the chandeliers, only one is fitted.
The window dressing panels have not been made. The radiator cover has not been made. The floor has not been sealed. The reveals of the window have not been painted.
Does the window need replacement?
andTo add IMO the loo is very modern. She chose Art Deco basin and taps. And 1980s loo.

as I mentioned before nothing gets finished and very little gets started! I think sadly Mummy will begin to deteriorate and cause Fanny to have a ‘fit of the vapours’ and call off CD. Patron will of course still run for all those wishing to support the care home for Mummy,( that label Shrek will own) but vlogs will be more about her daily life shopping and trips as now really but pretending she is sad. Squirrel will then be living with his lover in Mummy’s apartment and arranging his clothes and china.

There was a comment about insurance and scams here in the US related to dental work. I don't know where that information is coming from. Unfortunately, most dental work is NOT covered by insurance. Dental insurance is very expensive and mostly just covers two cleanings a year and some fillings. Orthodontic work is usually paid out of pocket. Implants are not covered. Veneers are not covered. You may get coverage if you need dental surgery for being in an accident or something like that. Obviously, I am a huge proponent of dental care. I can't tell you how much money has been spent on my teeth over my life time and I have to have an implant next year to the tune of $8,000. It's one of my front teeth so it has to be done. If it was a back tooth, I'd probably forego it. I'm not having it done for vanity, but for health as that tooth is heavily compromised from trauma and can't be saved. If I had the money, I would donate it to dental care for underprivileged children. I'm lucky that my parents and grandparents made sure that my brothers and I had really good dental care during our childhoods.

Fanny's the one in the middle, the only blonde.

It's interesting you use that picture & the blonde one to describe SJ because the blonde woman in the picture has similarities & differences with SJ. She is the same age as SJ, is married to someone with almost the same age gap as SJ & Philip's relationship. She has lost a lot of fans mainly because like SJ, she has allowed an unemployed person who couldn't get a job of his own to take over her career. He follows her everywhere even on a girls (friends) only event & job engagements (he is her bag carrier), 'her fans' became 'our fans' just like Phi saying 'our' & 'we' & being a main part of SJ's vlogs. This has irritated a lot of her fans because her life was different when she was with her ex husband (her career was separate from her marriage) but it looks like her new husband is not only with her for the money but also to get a career for himself (it looks like an arrangement). The differences are she's from a rich family & can afford most things SJ begs for, she is fully paying for her newly built home, her new husband dresses much better than Phi & she is pretty & looks good for her age. I'm not saying SJ is not pretty but she us prettier.

Their life & lifestyle choice is no one's business but these are the same people who write books & take part in interviews about their life & expect support from strangers. They also expect support when they publicly announce a separation or divorce. They are also using their lifestyle to earn money.

I've never watched any of the real housewives shows but they all look extremely tacky and fake. I do think Fanny must watch quite a few TV shows depicting women like these. We've seen over the years the hair, makeup, clothing choices, inappropriate displays of cleavage, high heels and dramatic acting increase. I guess these kind of women may be her role models. Like I posted earlier, she'll love Dubai and fit right in! You don't even have to go outside or see anything ugly or poor people on the streets. No unpleasantness. Disneyland for rich decadent adults as long as you STAY INSIDE the fancy hotels and shopping malls.

I wonder if MPK was with Ryan then. According to his latest instructional auctioneering video Ryan had been to Nantes and a few other cities around Begmania. And Ryan claims Rennes is his favorite city.
Ryan was in quite a few earlier Diaries vlogs. Usually with Kat around. He was different then much more subdued like Dan was. Then Dan was more outspoken and now he's quiet again

And I love that they show the reality of owning a chateau. Her grandfather was quite wealthy and bought this place. He spent millions on renovations and once done, figured even with all his money, he can’t logically afford living in it, because heating is very costly. Daphne said when they heat parts of the chateau for weddings, the cost is 900 euro per day!! And that’s aside from constant maintenance and care a building like this needs… and to furnish it is another massive cost!

How are all of our American and Canadian tattlers coping with their weather conditions.
I hope you all had cooked meals and heating over Christmas.
We survived it!
It very rarely snows in Vancouver… But this snow storm we had was so bad I could ski out of my door! And I live in Downtown, not some far away suburb!

I think our sister from another mister, Seattle, had it much worse with cold and ice!

Maybe I should contact this writer and give her Fanny's name for her article. The list of names include Donald Trump, Kanye or Ye, Elizabeth Holmes, Elon Musk and Meghan Markle.

Politico writer Joanna Weiss posted a story called, "2022 Is the Year We All Finally Got Tired of the Narcissists,"

Yesterday on the radio I listened to a discussion about dental care in the UK, they are now learning that a big number of people are now doing their own dental work!!!! I nearly fell off my perch. What shocked me even more was the fact that Boots, a very large store chain are selling home dentistry kits. Sweet Jesus.

I like them too. If I remember correctly Daphne also said that the new Marie Antoinette film have used their main gate for the film. More income for the maintenance of the chateau but unfortunately they have a patreon account.

Because getting any kind of orthodontic work involves a lifetime commitment over retention and a significant amount of money and discomfort.
I'm saying this as someone who is two thirds into my Invisalign treatment. Ortho work is a very personal decision, you don't just gift it to people...
There is also nothing wrong with having crooked teeth as long as that doesn't cause any other health problems.

Anyone watching a show on HGTV & Discovery+ called Houses with History? It’s about fixing up very old (for the US) houses around the Plymouth, Massachusetts area. They try to keep the old character, but make it appropriately livable for today. One of the two main guys that works on the houses looks like he’s Billy Bob Thornton in character.
