I love that you've credited the pair of them with enough entrepreneurial know-how and competence to arrange that in time for Sept, and yet, they cannot publish their association accounts from 2020 and 2021..... Somehow I think it'll be no more than bric-a-brac on tables to peruse over, maybe some pots of LieLande honey.
SJ must be kicking herself that she didn't go down the Flueries route because she is pushed up against a wall for as long as she draws an income from Patreon.... ducking and diving to avoid accountability and dragging out lies is a full time occupation for her now. A very sorry existence. I think at first it must have been fun for her to deceive, fun for her to spend other people's money, fun for her to document it for all to see, but in reality I think it's a constant burden to keep the plates spinning. I think we should all notice the lack of the regular pre-pandemic faces of friends and family at the chateau. Ollie, David, Donna, Mummy, Percy, Gerry, Metherdick, Ruthie, Potts and Bag Head Nick, music workshops were there almost every other weekend when she claimed poverty and now they've scuttled away. Pray, I wonder why that could possibly be? Something is afoot that is making people keep well away, and I don't think it's just the rising damp behind the façade.....

I’ve seen this name changing tactic in small companies in the US. Get sued for something dissolve the corporation, re-incorporate under a new name, same industry, same assets, same directors, screwed victims. Sound familiar?It seems that the accountant Andre Beverley Roden based in Suffolk who acts for Aunt/Uncle/Amaury/Gerald might have set the form for Fanny about associations etc & whilst he is based in the UK could it be a generic accountancy tactic not unique to UK? It seems that lack of scrutiny & meetings etc are linked to the issuing of dividends to the shareholders. Whilst this makes sense in a company where there are just one or two directors can it be scaled up to be used for bigger associations such as La Lande?

Being married to an artisan plumber who works bloody hard all year round hardly ever taking time off, most of what goes on there with regards any form of building maintenance work winds me up so much I have to hold back. They're all (with the exception of Tree Surgeon Nick - one of my past jobs back in the UK was working for a tree surgery company so I know he's on the ball) just playing at it. Not saying Aumary isn't trained in his chosen profession but I do wonder if he's been bank rolled by Papa most of his life. Nothing is as it seems, in my opinion. I think I even remarked here then that there was no way that was enough potatoes to carry them through the winter, as Stephanie suggested, much less feed all these people she says they're feeding "from the garden".Have we ever seen the potato hills?

Except for when she breaks out and pisses away thousands on bogus garden furniture designed by Harold and Vera Bloom?I figured out the lie regarding the potatoes from the vegetable garden- for the amount of guests and staff there for dinner regularly, you would need a small paddock to keep up the supply. What a silly thing to lie over. Many of her patreons (and us) know this stuff, we have grown vegetables, cooked for the masses- this type of lying is quite off and a life long habit obviously. I agree, he seems like an extreme hobbyist. By that, I mean he is very good at it, but could he earn a living at it with the pace at which he works. He is pretty ocd and perfectionistic with his work. Which is great but does that translate into a real world income if he were working for customers who need the work quickly and he had to cover his own overhead of utilities, workspace, etc. He also gets to take many vacations and breaks, and sets his own work hours. Serving or answering to one master (one client) could ease up the pressure, however, at times with Fanny, could also increase it terribly since he has to drop the woodworking to tackle any other issues that come up at the Shittoo. He hasn't been working woodworking routine hours weekly at the Shittoo for the many months he has been there.Everything is that workshop, to me anyway, just looks too perfect, too clean like it's hardly every been usedif at all. I do wonder he's ever had to work to a deadline for a customer. He should try living in my world, my poor husband trying to keep on schedule when customers keep f'kin it up all the time. I just wonder if he's just been playing at it and this is the first 'real' large scale work he's ever taken on. Something just doesn't add up to me.

TBH, anybody with any sense would not even contemplate attending as it will be an absolute shambles from start to finish.
Anyone with any professionalism/business sense would just hold their hands up and say, "sorry patrons but I feel that we should postpone the party until next year so I can firmly set a date in the calendar for 2023 now. Plus side is that the heating will have been installed, Grand Salon will be finished/gardens will have matured and I can organise everything perfectly for everybody. I hope you will all understand".
And, obviously, of course they will.

They have. They can only use their funds for restoration. The out buildings and garden. I don't think they can us it for the kitchen. I could be wrong but they have definitely set up an association.
