I think it was Natural Natti that suggested spray painting the evergreen boughs green that Floral Marie had wired into last year's kitchen garland, you could do the same with the once live Christmas trees that have browned out by now. Some of the festive trees are artificial so you might want to paint them pink to go with the Faux Toile. It could all be an episode of the next Advent Vlogs, "One Tree, Many Lives". Of course, all the spray painting would be done in the kitchen with not ventilation or masks and everyone wearing very festive costumes with very high heels all the while munching on international Christmas goodies freshly baked by international volunteers just like Santa's little helpers.And ALL the Christmas dead trees rotting in every corner.

She was not told to empty her lake by any local or State authorities. She received an official letter asking the owners to upgrade their lake and comply to the new EU regulations re. water system in Europe - like thousands of other lakes owners did.
The letter must have mentioned a fine in case the owners didn't comply to the new regulations.
I asked her in her comments section (she was still answering her viewers at the time) if she did receive a written order to empty her lake (as I was really skeptical knowing how the French administration works). Her answer was clear : no, she didn't receive any written official letter to do so.
Instead of panicking, she should have met the local mayor, the local deputé and the local Water Police to get to an agreement and get some State, European or Regional allowances to help her financially if necessary, It was possible at the time within these new European regulations.

I did nearly twenty years. Rose all the way to the top, from the very bottom I might add, to CEO. Had a very public fall from grace (on every local channel and in every newspaper in the state - basically I was drunk in public-nothing much, but enough ammunition for rivals and totally embarrassing). I basically had a nervous breakdown. I was always “the fixer”. According to my very wise aunt, on my way out the door-without a lawyer, I fixed myself. Got out with a large severance and shut down the news cycle in one week. I should have walked out of that place after a month, but I thought I could handle it. Happy to say after several years I’m much happier and healthier. I learned the very hard way that you have to protect your mental health. Once you’ve damaged it it is very hard to get back to yourself, and you may never get fully back. Glad you got out.Did we work at the same place?I had the same experience, myself. I give Sara full credit for trying to learn to sew. Learning a new skill is challenging, but it's important to know your skill level & limitations. Sara made a valiant effort, but the dress itself was not a success and should be considered a learning experience.From my perspective, it seems that everything she does, it's like she's trying to do it for the very first time, She seems hard working and enthusiastic while willing to try new things. With all that said, she seems to me to have no talent. Ok, so maybe now I have shamed her for lack of talent. Is talent shaming verboten, or is only body shaming verboten?
