Selfish cow, hospice places are valuable and are needed to help people with terminal symptom control and management.

Honestly, this is just sickening 🤬

Why the duck haven’t the hospital just turned it off? They are completely within their legal rights so what are they waiting for, I don’t understand. They feel complicit in this charade at this point.
Because despite everything, they actually have a bit of compassion left for the family who will no doubt want to say their goodbyes etc. And are probably worried about the media backlash if they did such thing so it doesn't bear thinking about!!

You only get bog standard basic though for free. If you want a good send off as most parents do you pay for it. We spent almost £10,000 on
It’s a horrible thing to know personally…. 😢.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your son.

I hadn’t thought of the increase in costs as an older child (I know it’s £300 towards the coffin but, as our daughter was a baby, that covered a nice one iykwim?). We went very simple so paid for flowers (not bloody cheap, totally shocked me but, again, smaller spray).
It’s just awful thinking about. So, so grim. We’re not supposed to bury our kids but she doesn’t even seem to want to spend much time with him. Her energy should have been on her son and accepting the situation. Not spending four months spouting tit to the press.

This is what she should be focusing on when his body is finally allowed to pass - giving her son the best send off - although I suspect that it will be more for show than anything else. And her attention will be on telling anyone who will listen that the NHS executed her son and getting more press coverage.

I know a lot of people don't believe in this sort of stuff, but I would hate to think of Archie being trapped between two worlds all of this time because his body is being forced to linger on here. He needs to be 'whole' wherever his soul is now.

Purgatory, yep I 100% believe it.
Its why you have a funeral ASAP
If you believe this then you cant believe that organ donation is the right thing to do.
IMO he is gone and in the after life your body is no more important once dead than a hermit crab's old shell

They aren’t saying their goodbyes though are they. She’s doing what she’s going to do everytime and someone has to step in and take that ability away because Archie is more important than her rights to say bye. She’s had so many chances if she chooses not to take them they can’t keep him going forever.

So when Holly has been saying his blood pressure drops when he is moved onto his right side because he doesnt like his right side is lies going by my above comment about the hospital saying it is risky every time they have to move Archie as part of his care.
Well that goes against the argument that sleeping on the left side of your body relieves pressure on the blood vessels on the right side that carry blood to the heart, thus reducing blood pressure.

So she wants Archie moved to a hospice now? What happened to the parents refusing Archie's MRI,s because I was too dangerous to move him

The Royal London is ten minutes from me - if the hospital don’t hurry up and stop giving this woman unlimited chances to stall her son’s dignity, I’m gonna go down there and turn it off myself

Have never commented on here before but this is what the hospital is saying regarding moving him.
At least the hospital have commented must have had enough of her tit as well. The hospice thing is a delay tactic that's all.
I've been reading and omg the screenshots from her social media accounts 🤢🤢 the woman has a very unhealthy relationship with her son's.

Sometimes as parents, we do not know best. As a parent you feel u can take on a bullet for ur kids, fight everyone who stands in your way, set fire to anyone who challenges your logic.
but sometimes as parents we need to admit we can be wrong. We can get it wrong. We can let our own selfish desire to see our kids infront of our eyes in the way we want all the time. Archie looks peaceful. That was said in the judiciary notes by the trust. But inside his body is decaying. He’s not Snow White, who lay in a glass coffin until a miracle awoke her. As parents we get it wrong, sometimes the experts who aren’t parenting our children are right. The main role of a parent is to sacrifice everything you have for your kids. Hollie needs to swallow her ego pill and sacrifice her desire to have her son breathing artificial breaths. He needs to be laid to rest.

This whole situation is traumatic. And I feel for everyone involved.

but evidence suggests to me this was a suicide not an accident.

something went down and the consequences were tragic. I think the mum feels guilt, which any mum would and is a huge part why she isn’t letting go. Maybe the argument was a little more than she let on. Maybe it was a “I’m gonna run away” situation and she sad “oh gone on” most parents have found themselves saying that ! But maybe he threatend suicide and not running away

I guess we will never know. I just hope they see what is right for the little boy and that is putting him at peace ! If by a miracle he pulled through , he would have no quality of life. He wouldnot be the little boy he once was.

it’s all just so tragic
Sounds reasonable. She obviously can’t handle being told what to do or have someone take control away from her and Archie did in his own way. So now she’s got to get the control and dominance back in anyway she can.

I'm surprised that the hospital haven't made a statement yet about when they will pull the plug

Thank you 😊

Distressing to read, but as expected, & surely pretty clear cut as contained within the court order that he should remain under hospital care.

This must stop now.
