Someone on AA said Archie‘s tree is beautiful. That’s not what I would call it. Crimes against nature more like.

I doubt it.
I enquired after a loved one died. Lots of parks etc don’t allow benches anymore as people were complaining it was depressing to be reminded of death when they visit.
It was also a bit of a rigmarole, so I didn’t purse it in the end.
I can’t imagine kids would be too keen on a memorial bench in their playground.

"his burial will be private" - that hit me like a train. That is the thing, in this whole circus, there is a young boy that has died which is just heart breaking.

It would likely have taken more than 3 min from when he did it for her to then:
  • spot him;
  • try to get dressing gown belt over his head;
  • run downstairs & into the street to look for help;
  • run back inside;
  • go upstairs;
  • try again to get said belt over his head;
  • "snap" belt with her bare hands & him fall to the floor;
  • go back downstairs;
  • start CPR;
  • stop CPR to run back outside for help
  • come back with neighbour;
  • start CPR again;
  • call paramedics (took 8 min to arrive).

I think it's creepy having what would be a kids shrine in a play park. My youngest would ask questions and I couldn't bring myself to tell him that's a child died, he's quite sensitive and he'd be very upset, my older two would be completely creeped out.
Same goes for that heartbeat bear that HD made for Archie's "girlfriend". Pretty sure they would feel obligated to thank HD for it then give it to me to dispose of because they wouldn't want it in their room.
Personally (I don't know if it's an up bringing cultural thing) I find public grief strange, especially forcing your grief on others.

thinking about it when I was a kid I would have been freaked out by a shrine in a play park I deffo would not have felt comfortable playing in it and would associate it with death

I cannot believe this brunch thing. Trying to raise funds for what exactly?! It’s not like she’s going to donate the money. Ffs.
Somebody I know sadly lost their baby recently. He was born premature and passed in NICU. The parents did a fund raiser too, but to donate the money to the unit to help other grieving families.
What a vile creature Holli is.

I think most people are starting to see her for what she is now. Even some of the army aren't as active as they once were. I'm guessing those begging boxes she's talking about won't bring in a large amount simply because she's not stating where the money will go. It just reeks of a scam.
