I was prescribed Naproxen for period pain but I don’t think that’s recommended for asthmatics either. I’d go for over the counter cocodamol as suggested by @Strawberry13

I am after a sim only contract, but only 30 day minimum term, as I need to update my phone at some point too.

There is a long story as to why I cant do both now. Anyway, which company would people recommend?

Lebara for sure. They use the Vodafone network so hopefully that’s a good signal for where you are 🤞🏼

I’ve started having sharp pains in my neck back and right arm which I’m constantly using clicking with the mouse at work. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong maybe I’m sitting wrong, I don’t see anyone else at work with back and neck and arm pain from working/sitting and typing even if they’re slouched in their chair. I actually try to sit up straight but I do have so much tension. I find myself having to stretch my neck and back every 10 minutes or so and adjust myself and I really don’t know what to do or ask my doctor if it’s my job to sit at a desk all day. My chest hurts too
Get a shark fin mouse, I was having the same and got one on Amazon for about £12-£15 and it has changed my life. Takes a bit of getting used to but honestly the pain went in about 3 days and I used to be in agony. About 80% of us in the office have these mice now!

Probably just made myself get food poisoning? I had made a egg mixture to cook into egg bites but had to put it in the fridge for 30minutes before cooking. I also had some egg mayo in the fridge for my tea. I thought I'll eat whilst I wait the 30mins. Ate then realised I ate the egg mixture instead of the egg mayo..

I'm sure you'll be fine! Presuming you're in the UK, our eggs are pretty safe for salmonella.

I use Voxi too. Best signal for me in the area I live, and I like the freebies they have sometimes too.
I changed when I got a new phone with a contract but I'll definitely go back to voxi after. I looked on their website they have a discount code at the moment as well

Hopefully you will be fine, UK is pretty good on making sure eggs are safe, bad food poisoning can hit roughly 2 hours later, with mild being 6/9 hours an very little being within 48 hours, an you can definitely tell food poisoning when it hits, had it a few years back from a restaurant an it was hell

Hi everybody, not sure where else to put this but random seems to fit. I have this general feeling that I am unable to tolerate life.....I am not suicidal, I am not depressed, I am anxious though. But this is more of a feeling that as soon as some kind of minor inconvenience comes along, like a change of appointment, or an extra task, or my daughters friends aren't free when I have tried to arrange a playdate, or my husband is upset with me or something, I go straight from regulated to completely unregulated and cannot cope with the feelings. I have always had this overarching feeling that I would be better off dead, not that I have or had any plans to take my life. Does any of this make sense?! I am just fed up with feeling like this and don't know why I do feel like this so I am kinda hoping someone recognises themselves in this and has already found the answer!
