I had this a couple of years ago and I would just Google the person's name followed by court roll and always seemed to work. I am in Scotland though so don't know if they are called something different elsewhere.
Our local newspaper used to publish court appearances, might be in there?you can try google with the search parameter site:https://your-council-website-link and then the name of the person(s) involved. Might help speed up your search. Also sometimes DuckDuckGo works better than Google for these things as they don't algorithmically sort and filter the results.
I'd say if you are no longer feeling challenged or feeling like you aren't accomplishing anything an have gotten bored then it's time to move onI wonder at what point people would say you should start looking for a new job?
I’ve been feeling very underutilised at work and have flagged it several times with some minor temporary success to get it resolved. I don’t know if the issue is with my skills and that’s why but I’d hope to get feedback if it is. At this point I’m just wondering if it’s time to start applying to other places

No, it would fall under “buyer beware”. Technically it is working and private sellers aren’t obligated to point out issuesso washing machine broke down, laudry was piling up so bought one on a whim from facebook marketplace. Asked the seller if its works, reassured me twice that it does. however now that I've used it there seems to be problems. it makes a looooot of noise when spinning. plus i forgot to check if it has a shorter cycle, the shortest it has is 30 mins at only 30 degrees and the other options are 2 hours. disregarding th cycles have i been scammed cause of the noise of spinning.
I would assume hormones? Any birth control, menopause etc?. New baby?I feel really upset about this. Been happily married for 15 years and everything fine. But for the past two weeks I've been feeling really off with my husband. It's like someone has flicked a switch off and I don't feel anything for him anymore. What's going on![]()
Thanks for the suggestions. The only possibility out of those is the menopause. I'm 42 and still having regular periods. I am quite tearful at the moment. And a bit meh about stuff in general.I would assume hormones? Any birth control, menopause etc?. New baby?
yh it is level, forgot to add that sometimes it doesnt drain so i have to put it on drain setting then it work. i feel so guilty about the purchase as i though id found a quick fix for the issue as money is tight. No, it would fall under “buyer beware”. It does sound hormone related. Are you finding similar feelings with anyone else? Is it every day or ebb and flow? Thanks for the suggestions. The only possibility out of those is the menopause. No he's just almost making my skin crawl. And I feel so awful for saying that. Yeah it could be depression I guess. It does sound hormone related. Are you finding similar feelings with anyone else? Is it every day or ebb and flow?
Is depression a possibility?
Are you a member of a union? If not, then I would consider it.I have a potential work/ salary dilemma. Heard on the grapevine that colleague X (who is junior to me) has been offered a job elsewhere. Role is a step up, good for them. However the person who told me also said that X was getting a 6 fig salary. Now obviously what they get in their new role is no business of mine, but separate to this I heard from another manager that Xs manager couldn't retain them as their new salary was a third higher than their current one. I've inferred this to mean they are currently earning 75k a year (at least) assuming the new role is dead on 100k.
It's the current salary that concerns me, because I'm senior to them yet my salary is nowhere near 75k. I expected X to be earning 45-50k at most. If this is correct I'm now wondering how many other people junior to me are earning significantly more? There is zero transparency about salaries in our workplace and we all joined at different times. I've just got the feeling that I've spent the last 10 years being financially shafted whilst my junior is colleagues all outearned me which is a bit depressing!
If you were in my position would you pursue this further (by at least trying to confirm if X and others are paid more - and potentially then argue for a rise based on the fact my role is more senior etc?)
Can you find any ads for the roles when they last advertised? Are you a member of a union? If not, then I would consider it.
Skechers a few years ago and Skechers now are very different I’ve found. They’re huge now. I just got my kid a men’s size at Costco 7 to grow into for the next school shoe and I’m a 9 and I fit into the 7 easily. I also ordered size 8 for me and they’re women’s but way too big.So ordered the sandals and they’re great for the width but sadly way too long in my usual size. So if anyone reads the thread and likes them, my suggestion would be to go down a size.
Soulspace has an anxiety app that’s free. It might not have all the functions of headspace which I haven’t used, but my partner found it helpful. Can anyone recommend a good app that helps with dealing with anxiety etc, like Headspace, which is free?
