I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but I need to remortgage my house as I'm coming to the end of the term. I'm unsure whether to pick a 2, 3 or 5 year deal. The rates aren't too different on the products ive looked at so far. Does anyone know which way the markets are likely to go. Basically am I better off fixing for longer?

I missed a parcel delivery (royal mail) today - they said they would try to resend the next working day. I need it for tomorrow, would I be able to pick it up from the sorting office today/tomorrow? Google giving conflicting answers so didn't know if anyone knew for sure

My daughter has just started school and it seems like ever since she keeps having toilet accidents? I don't know what she's like at school but at home I'm having to change her knickers 3 or 4 times between 3.30 and 6.30? She just keeps dribbling wee, not a full blown pee but enough that she can't stay like it. She says she doesn't know she needs to wee but I think she's just saying that because that's what I've suggested to her? I just hope her constipation isn't back again

Can you put her in nappies? Or even re-usable period pants? Shame it might be excitement and/or stress.

I'd just let the council deal with them, sounds like they couldn't care less but eventually council will give then a ultimatum, either fix the issues or face getting closed down

The price is tricky because technically there's nothing wrong with them being more expensive than Tesco's for out of date stuff, you can charge whatever you want for your own stock, however if her crisps are say £1 an she's selling out of date crisps also at a £1 then am not sure if that's allowed, if it's out of date it usually has to be cheaper than what the price of the in date stuff is if that makes sense, like here you can buy crisps at 85p but the ones that are past their date are usually like 10p or 5p, it's always mega cheap

I’ve been feeling very underutilised at work and have flagged it several times with some minor temporary success to get it resolved. I don’t know if the issue is with my skills and that’s why but I’d hope to get feedback if it is. At this point I’m just wondering if it’s time to start applying to other places

so washing machine broke down, laudry was piling up so bought one on a whim from facebook marketplace. Asked the seller if its works, reassured me twice that it does. however now that I've used it there seems to be problems. it makes a looooot of noise when spinning. plus i forgot to check if it has a shorter cycle, the shortest it has is 30 mins at only 30 degrees and the other options are 2 hours. disregarding th cycles have i been scammed cause of the noise of spinning.

Yeah I thought about getting her to join cadets but she's not keen. I'll have to keep pushing the idea. She is in a tennis club but worries about who her partner will be and then has a problem with whoever the partner is. She loves horse riding and ice skating, she'll do those if she can drag her little brother along.

If she comes out today and has made a friend she will be on a massive high and will copy everything that person does until she morphs into them.

What about brownies/guides? I made friends there and some from my school went as well

Am staying at a place near regent square gardens in London, what's the best and/or easiest airport to use?

LNER have announced strikes an my trust has gone with this company, I've saved for too long an spent too much not to get down there, so looking at flying instead but I've never flown to London before an have 0 clue where the airports are an how far they are from regent square garden or how easy it will be

With the train I am due to arrive an depart from kings cross station, but now I don't know if I'll get down there in time or even at all

If it’s muscular/achey you could try a magnesium supplement. It really helps with restless legs at night and general relaxing the muscles.

Thanks I might try that, it such a strange pain because I don't feel it at any other time other than at night when am trying to sleep, I suppose it could be something that's built up all day an then hits me at night

Have you got a new mattress or are you due a new one? It maybe your mattress is old and springs have gone without you knowing.

Not really, mattress isn't that old an typically is really comfortable, it can sometimes take a few mins to get comfy but once I am it's fine

How do I go about reporting a garage that's sold a car that's apparently not been road legal?

So parents got a car last year, it went for it's very first MOT today an has failed it because it's tires were the wrong size, we replaced the front two yesterday due to wear an tear but have never replaced the back two an it's the back two that failed the car, so they have sold us this either not caring the tires were the wrong size or haven't had the car checked properly before selling it

Going to London in a few months, an we are going to get oyster cards, do I need to purchase my own? Or can I just use any? another friend is going down an has them already an I was wondering if I could just use theirs an top it up or if it will have their details on it an they will check that as I think you need to buy the cards an we would only be using them maybe two days at most if that

But if I do need to get them myself is it easy enough down there to pick them up? Do the train stations/bus stations etc have the little ticket booths around or is it going be a hunt to find, thanks

Has anyone purchased anything from Ali express?. I know they're famed for drop shipping but just a one off item?. My son is desperate for a particular funko pop for his birthday and the only place I can find it at a non Eye watering price is Ali express (I know it won't be genuine but he's not fussed about that). I don't think so, tbh am not really tech savvy with PP or canva, both are still quite new to me, my boss has slides on PP for training but has gotten bored of the design an asked to use canva to make them fancier

I can design totally fine on canva an it looks fine, but I need to be able to print them as 3 slides per page, so my only option to print like that is from PP, I just can't work out the sizing I need

I know this is probably nonsense and a bodge it Luddite type answer.
Are the slides animated? If not, could you screen shot when they are lined up properly and just put pdfs of the screen shots on the pp?
