But we want to keep our ensuite kid freeand the 2nd ensuite is in our 15 year olds room so he doesn't particularly want younger siblings coming in and out.
We have no plans to sell but would it affect resale value if we got rid of bath completely or should we just do what we want without thinking about possible selling points in the future.

Baffled by that idea. I'm in my 40s with a 2.5 year old. My, as yet, childless friends in their 30s are just buying a 4 bed for £475k with no generational wealth, just good jobs.Maybe a house large enough to have two ensuites wouldn't be in the price range of those with babies or toddlers anyway.
Personally in a 3 bathroom house no bath would be an issue for me. I also think you exclude young families or people thinking of families as they would need a bath for little ones.Would you buy a house without a bath?

Are you ok with sliders or wedges? They’re all I can think of open toe wise without it being sandalsHaving an ingrown nail removed next week. I’ve been told to wear open toe/loose shoes, but I have really sweaty feet and struggle with flipflops/sandals.
Any suggestions?

Will try out a few different things and see what works best. I can’t do flip flops, walking in them hurts my ankles. I’ve not tried many sandals to be honest, so I may have to pop into town the weekend and see what my options are

Never had a bath in my old house and I realised how little I actually use a bath. Just don’t have the timeusually a quick shower on an evening. Personally didn’t miss the bath and since moving to here with a bath I can count on one hand the amount we’ve used it. Even my son prefers showers now

I would literally have a bath everyday if I had one.It would instantly put me off as I love a bath and I would be thinking I need to rip the bathroom out straight away, so I probably wouldn't even view a house with no bath.
Like others have said I think it would also put off those with kids.
