Tammy just uploaded a You Tube video of her vlogging while driving with all 3 kids in the backseat. Saskia and Wolf are meant to be in booster seats but they aren't. Not only driving but performing and driving with one hand whilst turning corners. She needs to be reported. Anyone with links know how to do that for Australia?

A quick google search just showed me, an American, that where Tammy and her family live the law is that a child 7 years and older does not have to legally be in a child seat. It clearly states it is recommended for children under 10 to be in a child seat, but it is not required legally over the age of 7. The government site also states that children 7 years and older are legally allowed to sit in the FRONT seat of vehicles without a child seat. I’m not sure if you live in the area, but the enforcement would probably appreciate if you didn’t clog up their lines with calls of your concerns of someone practicing the law differently than you would. She isn’t doing anything illegal and she also turned using hand over hand multiple times during that video.
Get a grip and stick to calling out her manipulated photos.
edit: also to add that Saskia is shorter than Wolf and she is clearly elevated in the video so she probably is sitting on a booster or a “cushion” per gov website. Just saying.

Tammy lives in my hometown in QLD. She is breaking the law, especially with Saskia, who is under 7. And Wolf is below the recommended height to move into an adult seat. He's also not allowed to sit in the front if there's available seats in the back (not that that applies in this video). I'm not sure where you are getting your info from.
Besides that, its very illegal to drive and vlog. Not only that, who the duck would do that anyway with 3 kids in car? Shes not even concentrating on the road driving around singing with one arm. If it wasnt illegal, it'll still be bleepin stupid.
And yeah, our highway police thrive on this tit, esp from influencers. I hope you dont have children
#NO- Saskia is not in a booster seat, you can clearly see that at start of car trip. Thats why she's sliding all over the place.

edit to add: also never said it wasn’t stupid just not illegal and don’t think anything except for time wasted and clogged lines would come from anyone reporting it. I think that would be crossings line. Hence why I implied it is not illegal for someone to practice the law differently than you would.
Thats a child that definitley not in any form of a booster car seat. Boosters are used to elevate you so an adult seatbelt is sitting properly across your chest, not curling and cutting into your neck. Poor baby. If there was an accident, I'd hate to think what would happen to her head.
Plus, Saskia and Wold are pretty much the same height now.

You don't get to say, GET A GRIP, when Tammy's acting ILLEGALLY.
This is against the law. And the fact you know Saskia is under 7 and is not in a car seat, shows that you don't care because stanning her is more important.
She's also breaking the law using a mobile phone while driving and the law also says you can't even use it whilst stopped at lights or on side of road.
How can you even see this as safe anyway?
You aren't concentrating on the road when you're performing for a camera in front of you. Driving around waving her arm around. I will go as far as saying it's a form of child abuse/ neglect. Getting that "show" was more important than the safety of her kids.
And we have traffic officers who take care of issues like this through the Hoon hotline. Not tying up any police officers like you claim. They love to get people off the road that put other drivers at risk. It's really not a bother to report online.
Sadly she could be decapitated if there was a serious accident, worse case scenario. Minor accident, probably serious neck, head and spine injury.
That seatbelt is meant to be over her whole chest and shoulder. They even recommend H harnesses to keep them safer in their booster seats but she isn't even in one of them.
When will she learn? When it's too late????She's featured on an insta page for doing it before.

No matter how much people explain it's her job to keep them safe - one comment said it six times over and over - stans only fire back with "stfu", "she's their mom!!!! her right to do whatever she likes!!", "omg stahhp mom shaming so not nice of u!!!", and similar bs. Derriere smooching comes before children's lives and safety, I assume. At the moment there's a huge court case going on with a large quantity of drugs, mainly c. The entire family is crooked. Bikie links and influencer links.
You also have to ask yourself why he continues to make himself invisable online.....You wont find his name or photo anywhere, yet he runs a supposedly high end luxury car shop. That screams dodgy to me. Why do you need to hide? For what purpose?
Stories around here say that they migrated here from Turkey dirt poor and made themselves a big business with cars, drugs and panel beating shops (insurance fraud). There have been a few comments over the years by girls working, that he's often seen at the strip clubs doing business.
Then think about all the luxury cars they own and the endless money line.

Yeh exactly this she completely hides him. Although there is the odd picture. He is also Muslim, so I wonder if the kids are, as I think one time emilee said hubby was fasting but she couldn’t coz she was pregnant
Emilee has said she was Muslim in the past. She doesnt eat pork. I know he fasts during Ramadan, not sure she does. Kids are too young. I havent seen his face. I got a video glimpse of him at Amys wedding in the background. Even then, he was hiding and not sitting up the front with the family. So weird. Islam allows photos, so its not that he's hiding from. His parents and sister and aunties are in her photos, instagram stories and tiktok. Just not him. Its like he doesnt exist.
Attached few pics, so he has been seen. Just not often. Oo where did emilee say she was Muslim. And thought she would still need to be Muslim. I can see that maybe causing an issue as the children get older perhaps.

I know a few people married to muslims, who aren't themselves. It can work but you need a very strong marriage and relationship. I think she may have said it in a Q & A years ago. Its in my head, and I'm fairly certain it was from her mouth. She puts on a yearly Eid Mubarak event and gets it catered for by her bestie's event company, for free of course. I think she keeps it quite because she doesnt come across as one who practises it to the full degree and may get negative feedback for it and we all know Emilee, she cries when she hears negative things BOO HOO.
