Engineer - I think she was trying to "translate" from Serbian and missed the point that these are technicians or much easier "repair person".

When the quarantine first started I was the only one staying at the office and I was alone for 2,5 months. The average mail count per day was around 120, if it was 80 then it was a quiet day and when there were 140 mails I considered that a busy day. And no, I'm not working in customer support or help desk, not even close. And I had to deal with them on daily basis, not leave them unanswered.
