Yep, I remember those days or just hanging on the phone until you got through.Back in the day, it was so much easier to get tickets then greedy ticket websites got involved and it all went tits up.
We used to sit outside venues for the ticket office to open to get front row seats.
I have no tips except patience and multiple places to open the website on and refresh until you get in the queue. I will only have my phone and work laptop as I'll be in the office.
Isnt Stadium of Light North EastThe venues are slowly being teased via their Instagram. So far, nothing in the North East so not a happy bunny. .if Glasgow ends up being in the school holidays, that's my best option![]()
I remember them coming to Stockton, I was only 9 so far too young to goI going on the 27th, v excited, I wanted to see it the first time round but couldn't.
I first saw them at The Mall, Stockton on a nightclub tour in 1991!
Exactly, and if they had sold out then why were they still taking orders and peoples money!thats ridiculous they surely would know that programs are popular, not like its their first tour
Those were the good old days - 1994 was my first - I was kind of near the B stage so wet my pants when they did the Beatles medley. Looking back I wasn’t kind of near at all - could just about make out Robbie’s shaved headMy first concert was in 1993, I was 11 and paid £15 for tickets on 4th row from the front. I didn't really know who they were, but my cousin was a massive fan and my auntie rang up and got tickets for us. They weren't different prices back then and you didn't get a choice of where to sit... We were just lucky that my auntie got through the phone lines early on!
AccuweatherWhich app do you have? Rain clears up by 2pm on mine!
I missed that so I definitely need to go again! The tiny surprise in the middle from Mark, I loved. My daughter had never heard it before.
Never Forget will always be my favourite![]()
Does anyone else remember them fibbing about their ages? My friend and I 100% remember it coming out in the papers that Mark had claimed to be born in 74 like Robbie but was actually two years older. We have tried looking it up but can't find anything online. I'm pretty sure Howard knocked a year or two off as well coming to think of it as my aunt fancied him rotten and joked she didn't feel too bad about it even though she was only a few years older.Actually I saw a clip from Heart radio today and despite being the oldest I think Howard has aged the best out of all of them. He looks well for almost 58.
