I know its supposed to be a wholesome show but I wish they'd up the stakes with the drama.

What was the point in giving Cal anger issues and having him struggle with sleeping this season just for it to not go anywhere and him to suddenly be fine after a quick talk with Maddie? Killing Bill off-screen felt really lazy too. Wish they'd get rid of Noreen as Jamie is a terrible actress.

I am. Don’t get much of a chance to because I like to watch it on my own (I don’t need the judgement ) so it takes a while.

Started the latest series last night. They all look so much better. There was always something off about the faces before. Decent hair and make up this time. And the acting style feels a little more natural.

I’ll watch it whatever though. Reminds me of Saturday afternoon American soaps back in the 80s / 90s (sunset beach ?? I think )
