Waitrose is a 5 minute walk from us but i find it sooo expensive. Because its so close we end up spending money in there all the time and i get drawn in by the Yellow Stickers.
My bf prefers sainsburys but i like tescos so we either get a click n collect from one of those two. I like b&m or home bargains for cat treats and cleaning products, I'd recommend the fabulosa carpet freshener from both.
Lockdown 1 was a nightmare for groceries. I'm learning to drive and my bfs car broke down during it so we started hello fresh. It would be good if I was alone but we ended up wanting to skip certain weeks because of (Mr Fussy) and cancelled completely when I went on a diet during summer. We've been back to it since, just before Christmas and just cancelled again. I want to support local butchers etc but it's the convenience of doing the shopping on an app as I'm in charge of the shopping and can't get to them :/

I'm not loyal to a supermarket, I have things I like from different shops. I shop in Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Asda. I also shop in some local Asian supermarkets for items you just can't get from the big supermarkets. I really wish there was a service where you could order your favourite items from one website and you got them in one delivery. I have been looking into recipe boxes because I don't drive and it would be good to reduce the amount of stuff I have to carry. I don't really know how much we spend each week on shopping as we don't do one big shop but I think it's around £120, which I think is too high as it is just the two of us. But, we don't drink or smoke and the pandemic has stopped our holidays and days out so I'm spending more on special ingredients and treat meals.

I always do my big shop in Aldi, my local has started doing click and collect so I do that once a week. If there’s anything I can’t get then I will pop into a local Tesco or Sainsbury’s but I usually go in the evening when the kids are in bed and it’s quiet. When it’s busy it stresses me out!
For anything in between those times like milk, bread etc, I use grocery robots which are life savers, so I rarely have to go into a shop thankfully!

Avoid Lidl as the one near us is always badly stocked, messy and the food isn’t good. Sainsbury’s is also close and I used to work there but it’s gone so downhill and the prices are ridiculous!

Saying that I find Aldi fruit and veg atrocious it barely lasts a few day’s so we always have to have our meals in the order of the veg going off

It does go off very fast, but that may be a good thing. A friend of mine is F&V manager for another supermarket chain and he told me that the reason that Aldi fruit and veg goes off so fast, means that it's probably not sprayed to death with chemicals and pesticides.
Food for though, so to speak.

Iceland/ Aldi and Tesco's usually depending on my budget...Christmas I go m&s for some treats...4 strapping son's to feed so shopping doesn't come cheap
I'm currently addicted to Aldi cream of tomato soup which is only 31p a can, can't tell the difference from Heinz!
i really like lidl's brand Pilos, especially the greek yoghurt
There was an article in the Guardian a few weeks ago basically talking to people who had stockpiled earlier in the year. One man was saying how he was now using the bottled water he had bought to water his plants! what is wrong with people?!
I shop at ALDI mainly. I bought the Thai green curry kit and it was so nice, I've bought it a few times

I do on occasion. There are 2 on my local high street and I'd started going into one of them more regularly rather than just getting my new year steak pie but the guy was really rude to me picking up said steak pie so it's the last time I'll go there. The other one is lovely but expensive! He does a lot of prepared stir fry stuff, skinny range, chicken breasts in sauce etc which I really like and will go in for specific things but only if I'm feeling flush as he persuades you that you really want loads of extras (which you do as they look great but ££).
I love Tu clothing, it's great quality! I got a pair of dungarees from there I've practically lived in since March
The homeware from Sainsburys is fab too actually
