I’m a Jowita fan too, I just thought Alexis getting hired initially, was too fit the Jowita role on strictly but thankfully that wasn’t the case

Yeah I did think that myself for a bit,I think everyone thought she would win with George but obviously not.Thankfully Jowita still holds the record for winning in her first series

I don't think any of the pros who have had a story written about them saying they got fired have said anything, have they? Since the pros for this year haven't been announced yet, I don't think they even can.

Some fans get way more attached to Strictly pairings than the people who were actually in them.

And some pros were never as attached to the pairings they were in than they "Acted as though they Were". And some pros are better ACTORS than others. I don't think Hamza needs to feel upset though. He is growing into his role as a David Attenborough replacement and has a great career before him. As I am sure Ellie Leach does. Long after their partners return to the foreign parts they came from.

I don’t think Karen tried much with Harry and the vibe was off. She had a good run but it was time for her to go.

People like Lauren and Katya give it there all.

Nadiya wasn’t a good choreographer am not surprised she’s out.

Luba we never saw her loads she didn’t get a fair crack at it I don’t think.

Michell was just super annoying.

Gorka am not surprised after he was missing last year doing the Spanish show.

I think they were all chopped regardless of what message they put out.

I wonder if Gorka thinks there is a chance Shirley will step down this year to do the American show. There has been gossip on line. He might have bought into it. He now has judging experience he might think he would be the perfect fit. Personally I think she wont leave for the moment and Vito with his Dance with Us classes with Shirley is lining himself up to be the one to take her place.

She was great with Jamie and Chris Ramsey, both weaker dancers that she managed to get far by playing to their strengths and just having fun. I don't know when or why it happened but at some point she just seemed to give up. Her choreo with Harry was so lazy. I really like her as a person but it's time for her to go if she's not willing to put the effort in. I'd love to see her and Katya replace Shirley and Anton as judges.

It’s a big mistake imo. Everyone was thanked apart from Arduino and Jowita who provided the biggest success of the night imo. I mean even Helena Ford who basically stood up to announce to the O2 that she tweeted she wanted to sit on Sams face I’d be pretty pissed at them to be honest

The guys will no doubt talk about it tomorrow on the podcast. I wouldnt be surprised if its some sort of contractual issue. I don't think anyone can doubt Pete's gratitude to Jowita. I just love how people straight away start being nasty, any excuse

You have a point. I warmed to Celebrity MasterChef Vito. He seemed gentle and humble almost. He certainly was mostly good with Ellie G nurturing her although on the tour the Italian lessons made me squirm a bit. She has trouble with a lisp, and was trying so hard to please him.

Was it the after party he was at,I wasn’t sure which night that video was from.I seen him run from the hotel like a little rat hiding from the camera.I can’t believe the BBC would be happy with him associating with the pro’s and cast given his reputation.Like you say Ellie would have been there

Obviously one or some of the pro’s have invited him but why,no one else from his season would have been there.I think any of the pro’s still seen supporting him are asking for trouble.

What is mid fifties about saying I know what it is like to have to go back to work for financial reasons without very much support and with child care so expensive. To have the luxury to choose. What world do you live in that says this isn't the case now for lots of woman. She can do what she wants and whatever fulfils her of course. But she has choice. Some don't. I am a she by the way.
