I hope I'm right, but I just cannot see it. Just what I was about to say.
She was very much presenting-by-numbers on ITT. Cutting people off while their mouths were still open, halfway through answering a question. In no way relating to what people said, just, next question and barging on. She really didn't improve at all during her tenure on the show, imo. I mostly skipped the evenings she was on.
Although it will always amuse me, thinking back to her doing the 'quiz' with Tess and Claudia at the end of the show. They were in great form, reminiscing about various things. Meanwhile Janette was in her best Monica from Friends mode.

What a kick in the teeth it would be to choose Jannette over some of the other names mentioned like Rylan or Zoe and Alex Jones who have extensive experience of live presenting. Even Bradley who mostly does recorded would be better than her. I don't like Fleur either, just because I don't take to her but she would be better as she has the radio live experience. I understand that Rylan is a very marmite character, but I do prefer the idea of a male female mix. I was hoping maybe for Roman Kemp who is great paired with Alex on One show

Angela Scanlon has been annoucned as the replacement for Scott Mills on Eurovision. I can't imagine them giving her two new jobs, so I guess that rules her out for this.
Not a fan of her for Strictly.
According to the Mail, the top four after this week’s auditions are Rylan, Zoe, Emma and Angela. Rylan ‘clicked with everyone’. Angela and Zoe didn’t gel, but they both worked well with the others. The article says again that there may be three hosts this year.
Hmm i don't mind Angela but I dont think shes right for Strictly. I could see them having 3, 2 in the Tess role and a Claudia backstage. I'd like Rylan backstage out of the names above as he is at least personable and has a bit of humour about him. I'd go for Emma and Zoe upfront.
Can’t stand Rylan. Increasingly feeling that last year will have been my last Strictly. Bow out with Claudia lol.

I am liking the four last names and really think one man might be good so I wouldn't mind Rylan as long as he doesn't go too far, certainly not too suggestive. If we are having Rylan he works very well with Emma. Emma is not too laddish as Zoe was in her day. Angela and Rylan might be ok too.
Yeah you can't help but think if TPB have Zoe Ball and Emma Willis there ready and willing to take it over in what world is that not a done deal.
Rylan is great and if he has got it he probably needs an Emma or Zoe to bring that energy balance.
