I don't blame the pros for branching out - we've seen how vulnerable they are. I don't think Karen or Luba expected to be let go suddenly and now they've got to find and sustain a new income stream, though I think Karen was already working on fitness/wellness stuff, but I don't imagine Luba's acting career will take off. Doing ads and collabs, podcasts, is their part-time job: Nikita was advertising cat food recently.
I'm sure everyone had a laugh at Carlos's cabaret, just if he wants to go further he needs to seriously apply himself to singing, which he wont have time to. The glazing from the other pros about how amazing he was is a bit much but that's true friendship

Absolutely right do not blame pros for branching out. Dancing is a short life really. When it ends there is always teaching but not everyone can teach dance as well as they themselves dance. Carlos is a case in point. He should really get his voice trained a bit first though. I think I read somewhere that Vito actually took singing lessons before RH&R to try and increase his voice range. His baritone is very good as when he sang a bit of Moon River on tour. Advertising, why not, but to keep some integrity, if one publishes reviews of restaurants etc giving marks out of 10, it is a bit much to give approval to a franchise company with varying degrees of quality across the country. I wonder if they do pizzas with pineapple on?

Why no Gorka announcement yet? All the others were a few days apart, but it’s been well over a week now.
Last year the returning pros were announced on 11th April, so I thought we would officially know all the departures by now.

The Sun named Josie Gibson last week and the Daily Mail have today said Delta Goodrem has signed up.

I'd expect them to start properly in a month or two.

There's sometimes a few early ones in April/May where a couple may turn out to be correct, but then most of the rumours come from June until right before the announcements come in August. Dani Dyer and Sk*nner were both correct pre-June rumours last year. Delta was a last minute rumour last year that turned out to be wrong, so I wouldn't be surprised by her being true this time around.

There's often a few that go unrumoured though, unless there's a full cast leak like there was a couple of years ago. George, Karen and a couple of others weren't rumoured at all last year, and La Voix was only leaked a day before she was announced.

SuperTV have just tweeted that the pro lineup will be announced in the "coming days"... no idea how reputable they are but it would make sense anyway.

I wonder if Gorka will be announced tomorrow then? Unless somehow he's actually staying, but that would be a surprise given the other 4 strong rumours were true.

Everyone else is returning - we'd know by now if anyone else is going surely. If the rumour about Neil and Nancy on reduced contracts is true, I imagine that will be found out later down the line. I wonder if they'll reveal how many newbies there will be with the returning pro announcement like last year... I highly doubt they'll say who they are until the summer though, they probably haven't even chosen any yet. My guess is they get 2 new partnered pros, and maybe a 3rd to benched with Nancy and Neil

I'm starting to think Gorka might not be leaving after all... why haven't they announced it yet? It would be mad considering the other 4 were true, but the timing/schedule makes no sense

Some of the DWTS pros went out at different times to do what I assume is like a mentor role for whatever the task is that week so maybe he's doing something similar? Surely he's not on it as a contestant?

I'm guessing he wouldn't be allowed to be a contestant, but of all the people to get as a mentor LOL.

I don't really watch DWTS, but I like reading the discourse on reddit, and I always found their dislike for Gleb interesting since he was pretty well-received in the one Strictly season he did. But then I see headlines like this... DWTS’ Gleb Savchenko Calls Brooks Nader the ‘Worst Sex’ He’s Ever Had, Accuses Her of ‘Choking’ Him : r/dancingwiththestars. Yeah I kinda get it now lol. My fault for having eyes

He was very sexy, and the channel 5 celebs on the farm was very good for sexy shirtless Gleb as a farmer content which I appreciated a lot.

But having heard about his personality since being in the US, he's a whole flag parade of red flags
