He’s got a cheek to say Liam’s cooking lesson isn’t actually cooking, it’s just making a fruit salad. Well, it’s a lot more than he done with Lacey in her cooking lesson!!

Why was he acting like he done some amazing thing for Liam and Sophie because he picked them up from school??! He kept going on about it and even still mentioning it to Liam later on, saying to him how he was so grateful for that lift.

Did you hear when Steve said Lacey was tired so they skipped homeschooling for the morning and did it on the afternoon instead?

And then it was just telling the time and reading. He kept asking her if she was okay, and even when she said she was and just tired he told her she didn't look well

It makes me cringe. Like when they were younger he’d wake them up with the phone/camera shoved in their face 😔 no privacy what so ever. He respected jasmines when she stopped wanting to be vlogged, but I think her mum must have had something to do with that.

See if they did homeschooling properly, this would be fine because you’re meant to learn when the child wants to learn (and homeschooling is meant to be thrilling enough that the child wants to learn most of the time). But we know that was just a convenient little excuse for Steve to be lazy.

They can’t keep up with the excuses they’ve given, every time something happens that gives them an excuse to do things later or less they do it. I used to love watching them as they’re very down to Earth and relatable but now they’re just taking the mick with how privileged they are to be able to homeschool their child and not have had to quit work or make a massive financial sacrifice to be able to do so.

Steve definitely acts like he’s making Lacey suddenly learn in a much better way but really she’s doing the equivalent of what Liam will have for a weeks homework.

Also I thought Steve said he wouldn’t homeschool Lacey when Chloe is off as she won’t accept it because she’s at home but clearly that was a porky pie as he gave Lacey work to do whilst Chloe has been off. So it proves again he just didn’t bother the other time because he couldn’t be bothered.

So Chloe has officially been off school for two weeks without leaving the house once . Sad pathetic excuse for parents .

He was still going on in the most recent vlog about Liam’s fruit salad not being cooking. He done the same with Sophie when she had to make a sandwich. He’s really showing how ignorant he is. The kids have to start somewhere when learning to prepare food. It’s about safely preparing food and making healthy choices etc. But clearly Steve things he’s the worlds best teacher. Lacey was lucky enough to watch a lasagna being made from jars! Steve’s idea of cooking was putting a pizza pocket in the microwave and then Lacey smothering it in ketchup!

Lacey must only being doing a couple of hours at most of school work a day. It’s shocking how little she’s doing. She’s not learning anything. Nobody is actually doing any teaching. Steve’s always doing something else while Lacey is left to get on with it. Lacey is also capable of reading more than a few pages of her book too.

It’s ridiculous they didn’t go anywhere in the school holidays. Didn’t even take Chloe to a park or on a walk. When she gets asked what she done over the break, her answer will be playing on her iPad.

How lovely of Steve to mock Liams attempt at cooking at school when he often gives the kids pot noodles for dinner and he does no cooking with Lacey as part of her home schooling. He did a cake packet mix once with her I think. I’m guessing he’s now going to start helping Liam to learn how to cook at home. Excited for that!

Noticed Liam saying he had to walk round the cross country course which is not surprising when you see the cans of full fat coke lined up on his gaming desk and all the crap he eats. And again no encouragement from his dad that it would be good for him and a healthy thing to do- just the usual' I hated it at school as well'.
I think Steve should have a watch of Clarke Family Adventures. They're not perfect, Mum can be a bit annoying amd they're a bit theme park obsessed but they're always going out for long healthy walks and doing things as a family. There is a girl of a similar age to Sophie who seems very relaxed and chilled, is happy to appear on camera amd the boys are normal, happy, active and very loud. Last video I saw Dad took them all for a long bike ride and they went for a 7 mile walk the day after. Can you imagine Steve and Rachel doing that? Anyway I only mentioned them because I noticed their vids only get about 100 views each time while Lazy Arse gets about 10 times more for thrilling content such as 'Sophie's New Curtains'. Very unfair.

So bizarre how Steve would rather his kids be lazy, self-loathing slobs than make a life for themselves. A bit of positive reinforcement goes such a long way with kids. Tell Liam he can challenge himself to be able to run a lap by xmas. There are loads of things I disliked as a kid such as daily evening walks with my parents and swimming lessons that I'll eventually do with my future kids because in hindsight, I can see how it benefitted me. I think Steve wants to stop his kids from doing things he disliked doing as a child and thinks thats good parenting. He hated school so it makes him feel good that he played a part in taking Lacey out of school because she doesn't have to go through what he went through. He thinks trying to sympathise with the kids by saying he was miserable at school too will help them but it will just make them feel like there's no way to feel happier because school is inherently tit according to their dad. He will do the same thing when the kids receive no qualifications and have to work horrible jobs to make ends meet instead of encouraging them to achieve things he didn't. They don't know how to handle Chloe because she ended up actually wanting to be adventurous and outgoing and they'll ruin that completely by keeping her indoors for weeks on end. Never heard anything like it in my life. Would love to know what Rache says behind closed doors.

Also there's no rewards system for Chloe at home. No star chart where she can get a little treat if she's good. I doubt they'll bother with the tooth fairy when she starts losing teeth. They'll just give her a pound there and then. All the little things that most parents do to make childhood that little bit more magical for their kids, she won't have because her parents shut up shop 10 years too early.

It’s really upsetting how half arsed they are with poor Chloe. Hopefully they are doing a little party for her, invite a few school friends for tea or something. Which has made me realise that the kids never ever go to kids parties 😞 School discos etc. oh dear.

They never ever invite friends round for dinner or anything. Never a single party for the kids. How hard is it to make a 'pass the parcel' and a bit of a spread for a few kids? They always have more than enough money for xmas so they can't complain that they can't afford to do something cheap for the bdays. I know Lacey has always struggled with socialising but the others haven't. The amount of childhood memories these kids just won't be able to relate to in the future because their parents just didn't put any effort into making childhood a special time.

i was just going to comment the same, even on the kids bdays they have NEVER had a party / or gone to a party
i think sophie might of gone to a couple yrs ago

i can’t believe that chloe has been home for 2 weeks
2 weeks!!! i have 4 myself and though they are all older now, i was so glad to get out otherwise we would of gone mad all being at home
they have never been to any clubs or activities,
it looks as though chloe hasn’t even so much as been to a soft play!!
it’s just so so sad,
on top of this he’s walking round his house in circles all day moaning about the kids playing up
he seriously winds me up!!
and i’ve said it before , i’ll bet diamonds they will try and chloe diagnosed with something because of her not sleeping and playing up,
all because he can’t put his phone down and take the kids out to burn off their energy

They definitely haven't tried winding Chloe down at night with a bedtime story, no screens and no sugar. The age gap between Chloe and Lacey is twice the gap between Lacey and Soph. It isn't fair that Lacey has to be mindful of not waking up a small child and it also isn't fair how Chloe doesn't have her own space to play freely. Lacey and Soph will be teenagers at the same time and will have a more similar sleep schedule. It makes so much more sense for them to share, as annoying as it'll be for princess Sophie.

So Steve said that Liam's fruit salad wasn't actually a cooking lesson.

That's embarrassing coming from someone who gives his two daughters microwave pizza pockets for breakfast and has just showed everyone there Iceland food shop. Which consisted of 48 cans of fizzy drink (72 were supposed to come!), processed freezer food, packet pasta, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, ice cream and a few normal things like crumpets, gravy ect.

How can they not do weekly shop now? They didn't get any fruit or vegetables at all.

If Steve knew that Chloe would be interested in the Fireworks why didn't they take her to an actual display? She didn't get to go Trick or Treating with her parents because they couldn't be bothered to take her and she didn't get to go to a real display because they couldn't be bothered to take her! I really hope that they surprised her yesterday for her birthday and actually did something with her because she is missing out on so much.

Liam's face when Steve said 'He's eating already' then Lacey decided to say something as well! Liam is right they don't say that to Sophie and he looked so upset. Liam has been at school all day, of course he is going to be hungry, all children are when they come home. We have all seen the packed lunches over the years, they are full of snack foods. If the children were actually given filling foods like wraps, bagels and sandwiches as well as fruit they wouldn't be so hungry when they got home.

Steve always either makes Lacey a cooked breakfast or buys her sandwiches from the shop in the morning so why doesn't he actually make the children breakfast who are going to school? He could easily cook or buy some nice things for breakfast that the children are actually going to eat. Why does Lacey get treated so differently?

I really hope that Liam never takes these comments to heart because they seem to be constantly talking about his eating at the moment.

Well we all know Steve has mental health issues. I remember in one of his vlogs he said he didn’t like crowds. But it doesn’t alter the fact that ‘dead from the neck up’ Rache could have taken the kids, or they could just have had a firework display in the garden. It’s so awful to think those kids will never experience anything growing up. And they never mix with anyone. Only people they see is sour faced Val and Bill.
