Thats such a hard one to determine, and I have split views. I said earlier about parents supporting our childrens behaviours and actions, its a hard call to make, but I have just seen she has allowed him to film her for his YT, and that to me reads as she is enabling him and condoning him. Another poster raised the subject of if this vile man has a daughter and she got treated the way he treats women, well my son is so protective of his younger sister, he is even struggling with my daughter being 18 and her boyfriend 24, he cant get his head round that 6 year age difference, he is 21 and just would not go near a girl younger than a couple of years younger than him. He would do time to protect her, each to their own I guess.

I think it's a combination of things. His mum must be so conditioned to this behaviour that she thinks it's normal.

Here is an article about his mum’s agoraphobia. Stephen says him only goes out every Mother’s Day. He also says he has a sister and TWO brothers. I wonder that they are like?
I thought I read his mother was a teacher, so pre covid how did she overcome her agoraphobia?

Yes very true and if both her sons do have that trait from their father then to have 3 grown men surrounding her with that mentality, well its sad to think. TRIGGER, my mother was s.abused by her father, my step father went on to s.abuse me. My mother stood by him even though he admitted it. She knew no different and as you said, conditioned. I am the opposite, broke the circle. Back to his mother, she has always looked neglected and unkept, you have to wonder what goes on behind closed doors for her. But back to the main topic, Stephen is a imbecilic, there is no allowances that could apply to him.

His older brother, Danny doesn't seem to want anything to do with him. I think (may be completely wrong) that danny owns the sunbed shop and tried to get bear involved but then bear seemed to be trying it on with everyone who worked there and went off to Turkey with Tia. After that the sunbed twitter changed and he stopped following bear on insta. Just before this came about he followed bear again and posted about family, georgia then made that statement and Danny removed his post and unfollowed bear. He still follows Georgia and they have commented on posts since, I only know this because I follow them both on Instagram. He was in Dubai recently and saw Rob but not steven

I remember when he won BB and he was interviewed by Davina. His mum was in the audience and Bear said it was the first time she had left the house in a long time as she suffered agoraphobia. He was almost in tears that she had found the courage to come to his coming out show. She looked really meek.

IIRC, didn’t his dad get chucked out by BB security after an altercation with one of the guards? I remember at the time thinking, “No wonder his mother is so meek and never wants to leave the house with him as a son and him as her husband.” I remember getting very bad vibes from his dad at the time and imagined him to be a real bully for her to be so timid.

I will see if I can find any news articles from the time. Funny how this memory has stayed with me as I haven’t watched anything else he has been in.

His parents definitely scream of domestic abuse. I recall a story about the BB after party his dad was escorted off the premises for being drunk and aggressive around 10pm. His wife tried to calm him down and suggest they go home and this angered him even more so his brother had to step in to calm him. He then agreed to leave looking absolutely livid whilst the mum kept her head looking straight at the ground. This was years ago and i remember thinking she looked like someone who knew he was going to take his anger out on her when they got home.

The irony is lost on her that those comments are people HOLDING HER TO ACCOUNT for breaking Tier 4 guidelines which said she shouldn’t travel!!!
