So that tosser has declared he isn’t returning to the United Kingdom. Now instead of trying to convince us that he is doing it as a life choice, he should just come out and say that he can’t go back to England to face what I imagine are possible indictable offences.


The problem so that there is an extradition treaty between the UAE and the UK if the charges he faces are greater than one year imprisonment.

So he is going to sit it out, see if charges are laid, see what type of charges will be laid and then wait for them to extradite him.

Here are the reasons why he WOULDNT be extradited and from my reading, he doesn’t fall within any of those categories



100% guaranteed he has been told to stay there until the type of charges have been determined and the kind of punishment he faces upon return

I would imagine they would wait until he’s been interviewed as this is the persons opportunity to give their defence. If he has point blank refused this then they may potentially go to CPS to pursue charges & explain on the documents that they have attempted to get him to be interviewed but he has declined. This doesn’t happen very often.
The case file to submit to CPS without a suspect interview wouldn’t be considered as complete so wouldn’t be accepted for a charging decision.

I think he’s staying there on purpose to draw the whole thing out & probably trying to persuade some poor girl to say it’s her.

I have to disagree that prosecution doesn’t proceed unless defence has given an interview. On all cases I’ve been involved in, the lawyer has advised to stay silent. And matters have proceeded. Again, burden of proof rests with prosecution. He can sit and say diddly squat and still be found guilty.

I don’t think Kaz Crossley does it, she seems quite nice and genuine and was there for her kaz band launch - not sure why you need to fly to Dubai to launch headbands but there you go. She probably gets heavily discounted hotel stays for posting content which could be why she affords to stay there for a while

I didn’t quote your other thing coz it would make the comment really long. Yes they could fly across to interview him but in the year & a half working in a uk police force on a domestic abuse unit, this never happened. Police funding is extremely low & due to there being no risk of life I don’t think they would action flying across to interview him. They might request it on Skype/zoom or whatever. but likelihood is, this case will be on someone’s workload along with many other cases unfortunately & if he’s not in the UK, they’ll prioritise the ones that are in the fact they can get a suspect in for interview etc.
im also not saying he would speak during his interview as he would have the right to say no comment etc but as I said, in the time I worked there, a complete refusal of interview happened once or twice. However, the person had to be given that opportunity as it’s covered in PACE.
I reckon the police will be doing a lot of the investigation work right now & will be wanting to know when he is back (IMO) I aren’t saying there aren’t options for them if he continues to stay in Dubai but I still think they’ll wait until he returns to the UK

basically my point was they would have to at least give him the opportunity to provide a defence before charging him. Especially as he may throw up leads/investigation directions for them to investigate. End of the day, the police are meant to be impartial & even if they have overwhelming evidence to prove his guilt, anything he provides to “prove his innocence” should be investigated too. Whether he takes that opportunity to provide a defence is up to him.

Often reality stars will have a business which makes no sense and do the launch in Dubai as the business is a front and they are paid through the business by clients. Khloe Kardashian did this with her milkshake company.

Let's hope the fact that its in the media will go against him and the police will travel to interview him! Wouldn't it be ironic if the fame he so desperately seeks is what brings him down.
