I'm not against enhancements but all they've done is manage to make her look so much worse now, it's quite sad.
Botox and fillers are not cheap. Those, plus buying a brand new luxury vehicle really rub me the wrong way after asking for money from the public after her dad died.

And looks like she’ll be moving again soon (which I get, must be horrible to drive by the accident site everyday!) and so probably buying a brand new house somewhere else!
….and it’ll have to be brand new because she can do absolutely nothing for herself and her dads not there to do it this time
Enhancements are fine if you just need a touch up or got mangled in an accident, she was beautiful, she didn't need that. Plastic surgery is so warped imo.

She was such a beautiful girl naturally, like insanely. She's made her face so puffy and older, how sad

Also, what kind of doctor does that? Plastic surgeons I know here (mine, my friends') always talk you out of procedures if they don't find them necessary.
The other thing that has started to annoy me very much is that she sings when she speaks. I mean, she starts a sentence normally speaking but ends it by singing and bringing the intonation up. Is that an American thing? Singing-speaking? Because I know that speaking in high-pitched voice that is much higher than your original is something American girls/women do, for instance.

The younger kids (twenties) nowadays justify it by saying it's "preventative" botox. I'm just not sure how early one needs to start with that; definitely not Stef's age, she barely just got out of her teens. Also, there are "Med Spas" in America where non-physicians are allowed to do botox and fillers. I don't see them saying no to money being thrown at them by anyone. These things are definitely not cheap.
