Just to clarify, I used box dye for years, there's nothing wrong with it BUT you need to mind your hair if your planning on using the blonde/lighter shades!!I fairness her hair looks so shit I believe she used the box dye and did it herself

I wasn't offended and I've had to resort to blonde box dyes (trying to save money) and they are not the same as going to a professional hairdresser.
