Anyone that’s aware of Liverpool I’ve just watched a live of men on School Lane behind Primark booting 2 young boys on the floor screaming P*** telling them to get back to their own country, they look about 15/16. How is this even shown on tik tok for one

I’m seeing lives on TikTok from Bristol that appear to be getting more violent now/about to properly kick off. I feel so much for the police having to deal with this. They’re all there with their cans of Stella, throwing tit and spoiling for a fight.
This isn’t “people are frustrated” this is nothing more than an opportunity to be violent and racist.

I can’t even imagine what the families of those little girls are going through. Not only are they having to come to terms with what has happened, all of this rit is happening in their daughter’s names. Disgusting.

there was no migrant workers in our local old folks homes in "COVID times".
Well. Where you live must be very lucky. And have some amazingly caring local people. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Because in most areas that’s all they can recruit because the locals don’t want to wipe grannies backsides, like many don’t want to be hospital cleaners or work in food factories. The exact jobs migrants come over for because they are so available.

It’s so sad. Like those kids would have said go after these people, like they are making out (for the hard of thought they are not actually saying this but saying this is in the girls names is effectively saying this is something they would want if they were able to say so…..)

It’s like the London riots. It’s a hot day and places feel like pressure cookers already. Thrown in a days travel, sunburn and drinking on an empty stomach and what ever sense was left goes out of the window. The same people probably thought the football riots years ago were great fun too. I don’t think they get that these coppers are dealing with this and now can’t deal with a domestic abuse incident around kids, with a burglary or mugging of an old person, the head driving after he’s sniffed a bag and got hammered at a bbq. It’s just stupidity now.

neither were there any in my Mum’s home in Southport because they all went home, or were sacked because they wouldn’t have the jab. Since then, the home is now mainly staffed with Asian girls from agencies on much bigger salaries than the local staff and that’s why they don’t want to work there anymore. These girls are taxied in each day at £25 a day from Preston from places that Asians have set up as it’s good money. They can’t even speak English and aren’t fully trained but the care home staff have to train them! This is why there’s bad feeling between communities and that creates tension.

Working in home’s what?

Also, no asylum seeker is allowed to work until they have been granted asylum and that process is now taking years due to a huge backlog in the system.
Care homes.

Exactly. And that's why it's a drain on our society.

I do have to wonder how much of it is also “they speak good English without a noticeable accent and are white”

A lot of the Eastern European young people will have grown up here and the only “noticeable” thing may be their last names

A lot of the anti immigration discourse these days is primarily about immigrants who aren’t white which says everything anyone needs to know really

Loads of shops in Liverpool smashed up, more people out of jobs because it’s unsafe to even open them 😡 Not one mention of what they’re supposed to be doing it for which is the poor girls who died, literally heard one woman sayin ‘this is all for that thing that happened in Southport I don’t know much about it apart from a immigrant killed people’. Not a single brain cell between the lot of the dragged up rodents

People of any colour, race, religion must be so scared to even leave the house now 😢 Why should people be afraid in their own country it’s making my blood boil

One police officer on his own at first and they all come over in gangs because they can’t do nothing unless they’re in groups, little shitbags
Well done those people trying to stop everyone piling on the policeman.

It's pathetic these thugs think they're doing something noble

I think you missed the point of my first comment but OK.

I am however struggling to understand what any of the points about the people who arrive on boats has to do with the victims of the murder nor the riots. I know when the first information came out the racists and islamaphobes were frothing at the mouth just loving the fact that they felt they had a reason to take to the streets. When that was proved to be complete disinformation fed to the largely uneducated mass of people who I am guessing probably voted for the hideous Farage and his ilk, they just seem to have used out and out racism to do so anyway.

Romanians are white and loads beg on the street where I live (even though they have council accomodation and benefits) they are a drain.

It's nothing to do with skin colour.

There are a lot of racists on this thread. Hopefully your husbands don't put your head between the cooker and fridge when he arrives home drunk tonight after participating in the riots against those terrible immigrants who are taking your jobs and homes and his dinner is cold.

A lot of people on this thread are just very unpleasant people and it's upsetting to see that next to what's going on in these riots.

Well they can’t can they? As they are illegal immigrants and awaiting a decision about whether they have a right to remain. They can’t work during this time as the rules forbid them to. Well, legally anyway. Only legal immigrants are able to work. Care homes and NHS etc will have to follow legal employment channels.

I quite agree, there are people of every colour, faith and income in this country who are drains on the system. I’m still struggling to see what it has to do with the current idiots marauding around city centres and frightening law abiding citizens of every colour, faith and income, (but particularly frightening those who are not obviously white) in the name of three innocent children.

Wrong they can apply to work after 12 months if still awaiting a decision on their claims… This is just one of the concerns people raise when no background checks are made on those working with vulnerable people.

i would say that 12 months is quite a long time, and after that time a number of them will be working.

Looking at all the news coverage of these riots is awful, people have gone mad! Roll on Monday morning, some rain, and a night in the cells! Absolutely grim.
