They get so much tit when they discuss what she’s doing! I’m delighted to see it, people like her always have something to sell…..

I can’t comprehend how she thinks the supermarkets are just listening to her !! The latest coconut milk has been around with years. Supermarkets aren’t changing because of a woman armed with an iPhone is patrolling labels. It’s honestly cultish the following she has

Why would Irish rail have her doing a talk? Surely there are loads of qualified people out there besides her

She’s what the US health industry call a “grocery store walker”. People with no qualifications who say something is bad, give you a more expensive alternative, that contains the same ingredients as the “bad” thing. Same playbook as Bobby Parrish (Bobby Approved) who spawned the grocery store walker. Be prepared for a collab or something with some other “health influencer”

This woman does my head In. What it is with these ‘health’ influencer types jumping around the supermarket or their kitchen waving their arms around manically!

Kate Hamilton health is another one.- and that utter a sonic health.
He jumps around chucking food back on to the shelves when he’s told us how he’d never feed his kids any UPF. 😌

‘Tonic’ not Sonic health😀 I honestly don’t know how he gets away with all the food flinging!
I’d ban him if I was a supermarket manager😌

Haven't read the whole thread but one thing that stands out to me about Sophie is that in my opinion she is not exactly a great representative of healthy eating because she doesn't look very fresh in her hair or her skin. I don't know if she has any conditions but everytime she is talking about clever swaps and how this and that is so bad for you I'm thinking Jesus you look very haggard...

She's definitely not glowing anyway. Her hair and skin is quite dull and lifeless. Maybe she needs to go mad and eat a toastie with some easy singles and evil processed ham on some chemical laden bread. For added health (and actual enjoyment) I recommend a share bag of crisps on the side. Preferably something completely random she loved as kid, not something that's lightly sprinkled with some hand foraged pink sea salt.

That's anxiety ruining her looks

Her video on the fit foods products also annoyed me saying they changed their packaging because of her. It's well known chicken used in ready meals or in takeaways or even sandwiches on the go / wraps on the go is chicken from Thailand or China which makes sense it's cheaper obviously but the standards of the chicken still has to meet EU standards so she's scaring people making it out like it's pumped with hormones etc when it can't be if it's being sold in the EU. It's why we don't import meat from the US because they won't change their practices on pumping the animals with hormones etc

💯. It can't carry the Bord Bia quality mark, but fact is their are regular inspections to ensure it adheres to EU regulations.

It's pure ignorance and borderline xenophobic to imply it's bad. Realistically people saying oh it should only be free range Irish chicken breasts...can you imagine how expensive the end product would be. People just won't pay that. At the moment, these companies provide a decent source of protein that's accessible to people who don't have time/headspace or desire to cook.

Unfortunately she has absolutely no interest in facts. She has blocked Dr McGowan & Grimes for calling her out.

McGowan has a great nuanced video up yesterday calling BS on her cordial scaremongering

How many chemicals does it take to get her hair that frazzled or her forehead so smooth, I wonder? 🤔😏

Stop demonizing cordial when you're happily injecting botulinum toxin into yourself 🤷🏼‍♀️

ETA: I have no issue with either 💉 though I wouldn't like to mix them up 🫠

I was very disappointed to see the Baby Tribe gave her a platform on their podcast.

dr afif isn't shy about (rightly) laying into unqualified randomers giving dodgy parenting advice, and then he has this nutritionist on that plenty of dieticians have flagged as problematic.

He turned off all comments, even though they were all respectful. It's terrible to see him of all people platform her when she has demonized baby formula and food.

Ireland am have loads of unqualified ones on. Tommy is usually good at kind of calling people out but he didn’t in this case

I don't understand the popularity at all. Are people really dumb enough to think that Nutella is a good option for a school lunch? Or that frozen ready meals aren't crap? And since when can parents not just say no to kids? It's called parenting.... You're the one buying the food. My parents managed it, cos they raised me not to be a screeching little melt and I understood that the family ate the same food and sweets etc were sometimes the foods.
