As I said above, as her father he would be able to access his child’s records wouldn’t he? He would have to follow the appropriate path to get them, and they can redact or exclude information. Or is a preterm stillborn infant not given medical records in the same way as a living child would be?

I don’t know how it works in other states but in WA you can request an autopsy for a COD of a preterm baby.
Obviously if she has MT she wouldn’t choose that option but surely there would be records for pixie or a death cert or some form of document that states it was an MT and Andrew through the courts could access that?

The records will be under her files as pixie was not treated . The death certificate will say stillborn , even for a MT . MT is a procedure , all hospital procedures /medical files are confidential. He will never be able to see them .
That’s beyond messed up. As a father he should be able to find out what truely happened to his daughter

For us TC's please add *sarcasm* to these posts It’s a hard pill to swallow , however the laws are made to protect women. Her body , her choice . I see both sides to this personally. If a woman is in catastrophic circumstances , is in danger etc and chooses MT , it really protects her . It also protects narc c*^%# that choose to do it out of spite unfortunately.

I was just about to say I work in health in WA and I n WA medical records can be sealed when DV is involved. She could have mentioned that to her medical team which is why pappi didn’t visit and can’t access the records.

Do you know why she felt the need to baby trap him when he had already proposed to her? It’s been speculated here previously why that would’ve happened, by myself included, but I’m curious if you have any intel on that?
