My Morrison's Delivery between 8 and 10pm tonight!

I can't go out shopping due to having to self-isolate, and my cupboards, fridge and freezer are almost bare. So will look forward to stocking up tonight (assuming they have my items still in stock!)

My birthday in Feb, sort of, I am not looking forward to being 28 (only two years left of my 20's oh no! :( )
But who doesn't love presents? And I am also making homemade pornstar martinis so wooohoo!!

I too will be 28 next month also. Wasn't even thinking about the big 30, until you just reminded me ;)

I'm looking forward to -
Spring
Going for a run now the ice has gone
A walk with my sister this weekend
Second round of our family Come dine with me (just our household)

It's small pleasures at the moment, not getting hopes up for anything more just yet

I'll have been with my partner 8 years in August and we've booked a really luxury hotel for the night (providing covid allows). It's only one night, and we spent way more than we usually would on a hotel but we thought if we're going to go somewhere to celebrate, we might as well really enjoy it :)

Eventually getting the new garden furniture I ordered and paid for six weeks ago if hermes can be arsed to knock instead of sending me texts saying 'you weren't in' 🤬

I’m 30 in 8 weeks. Was supposed to be celebrating on a holiday of a life time. Instead it will be more of this bull.

A bit of a silly one from me but I've got leftover vegetable stew for tea and it always tastes better on the 2nd day (in my opinion anyway) so I'm really looking forward to that. I've been saving myself all day for it!

I turned 28 2 weeks ago - I’m looking forward to my 30s! My 20s have been full of tit men!

I’m looking forward to bed tonight and watching TV with some fizzy cherry sweets!

Sorry to hear that.

By the same token my 20s haven't been great, and I've been stung on a few occasions in relationships with women. So they're all as bad as each other regrettably.

I bought 2 bunches of daffodils today and I'm looking forward to seeing them opening up over the next day or two. 😃

My partner is coming round to "tuck me into bed" very soon. I haven't seen her in 3 months, and despite i am in self-isolation she is coming over as my "support bubble"

Looking forward to a good tuck:giggle:

I’ll be 48 next month 😂 not bothered at all. Life for us is much easier now than it was at 28.

Tonight, Kate and I are going to have an "adults only" party games kind of gig! (If you can call just 2 people in a room a party, lol)

We had a chat about this a few days ago and we're going to turn words into actions. Not sure how it will pan out but all inhibitions will be left on the doorstep, with a little help with Mr Jacob's Creek, Mr Jack Daniels, and the Doobies (plus some toys along the way)

Certainly makes a change from watching a film or TV show. But what the hell, nothing wrong with letting one's hair down once in awhile(y)
