Ah I see, on her reel. On my phone it shows up at the bottom (where yours has the location tag) and you kind of have to scroll over to see the option to send a gift.

None of these influencers need gifts!!

"Instagram gifts are automatically turned on for creators who are eligible.

You can turn off gifts at any time in your Professional Dashboard. Here you will find the option to Allow gifts on reels, which you can use to turn on or off gifting on all your reels. In addition, if you want to turn gifts off for a particular reel, you can click advanced settings when creating a reel and toggle off Allow gifts on this reel."

Btw @hgfyu , I've been seeing Shayna's boyfriend Romeo more in her stories and detected an american-leaning accent, or at least not a strong Italian one. I'm assuming he attended an Int'l school , did Uni abroad or "worked" Internationally? Do you know what his story is?

Another reel, another gift request lol. Let's see if reels become a trend for her now. 😉
I think it's only visible in-app.

On his Insta bio he has an Italian and a U.S. flag, so he might be citizens of both countries and/or lived in the U.S. for some time.
These are all images of him with upper class people so I’m guessing he came from an upper class background.
This is his resume https://rocketreach.co/romeo-masoni-email_75363810
I’m pretty sure this is his family’s business https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/4429401Z:IM?embedded-checkout=true

I noticed that Sofie’s becoming way more influencerish recently. The French toast video is peak “I need to make some type of content but don’t know what”

Excellent info gathering! Lol. I see he went to Bocconi Univ, it's where most people with money go, especially for "networking." And yeah, he seems very upper class.

Bumpsuit already gifted her items, it's in a grid post. In any case it's an affiliation just by having a code...she's promoting them to all her followers and has already taken "payment" in terms of that horrible scuba style thing. 😂 She's making herself and the company sound completely generous and removed from any promotional relationship. For me she could end up like Ferragni and I wouldn't be mad. Lol.

Someone is pressed…
Every youtube short that has been recommended to me has 0 comments, ironically in this video she does come across as maleducata 🤣 I assume she's just trying to stoke up controversy and go viral

Um, does she not know the polite form or congiuntivo? She's mad bc she's called out for being poorly mannered, and it's not a "Puglia thing." I noticed she's rather grezza in general.

She's way too thin skinned for being an "Influencer."

I just went to double check, and most of her youtube shorts also have 0 views 🤣 where is this alleged endless criticism coming from? In her dms?

In all her videos about "how to order at the xyz in Italy", she NEVER uses the polite form. It's always mi dai or mi daresti - which admittedly is more polite than "mi dai", but even if people will argue that dare del Lei is dying out, it's still a part of the language and I believe in using it with strangers.
She gets so bent out of shape over little comments and deletes anything negative unless she can make a TikTok response to it to prove how much more she knows about the culture than us.

Yeah, I don't know why she bothers at this point uploading to Youtube. The comment came from a TikTok where she was showing how she orders from the butcher. She will then post these videos to YouTube shorts where she gets very few views, a comment or two if she's lucky. What gets me is posting these responses to TikTok comments on Youtube without much (if any) context.
Gotta show up the haters, I guess.

But I loved how she tried to make it into a north vs south or regional thing. Lol. Girl, plenty of polite Pugliesi use the Lei or some still use Voi. She's so annoying, but it's amusing to see how wound up she gets lol.

Well, looks like everyone is gassing her up on Tik Tok saying they never say "per favore" or "per cortesia." A group of cafoni Friends of her boyfriend, perhaps. People straight out of the sagra dei rutti.

Yeah, those cafoni friends who don't say "per favore" before groping at her drunkenly on her birthday.

As she says she does no exercise when she often films herself in the gym and her last post is her kickboxing 🙄
It's a very "pick me" thing to do. Act like you really enjoy food (unlike other girls) but you naturally don't need to work out to stay slender.

Sorry to derail as usual, but I've just started listening to Lauren on that podcast of that annoying American man who seems to be endlessly all over my Instagram. Her saying she moved to Italy for a simple life is just laughable, she lives a very affluent lifestyle by anyone's standards I would say, let alone living somewhere with a low cost of living. This is what annoys me so much about so many of these people who move to Italy and seem to have a dream life (sofie included). I gave up after about 5 minutes, might attempt to listen to the rest if I am bored later
