I lost loads on SW, the support wasn’t there when I hit target. I had no idea what I was doing. “Oh just have a few extra syns and see how it goes”. It slowly started creeping on again. Have dabbled with calorie counting, shakes, starving myself, laxatives, binging, restriction, burning off exactly what I consume, just eating soup, Atkins, one meal a day.... It really messed me up trying to get back to where I was. I’m ok now, a lot happier after seeking some help. I really really wish JSG would just own it, there’s SO many others in the same position as her. Most of the SW Insta people I follow have gained some of their weight back, speaks volumes. She just hid herself away like she was ashamed. Which in turn places shame on people like me who have also gained it back. Should I be hiding away too? Is this something I should be feeling bad about? It doesn’t need to be like that!!! She needs to stop looking back to who she used to be and look forward xx

Off topic, can I ask what help did you get? I was tempted to see a therapist but I am unsure.

it’s not that anyone thinks she should show them, not one person has said that - it’s that she sounded so preachy about it when she had shown her nephews. It’s the fact that she is always being a hypocrite on her high horse

Yeah people don't realise there are actually a huge amount of "accidentally vegan" foods out there so you can eat really unhealthy if you want to, chios, bread, lots of crisps, hot cross buns, garlic bread, oasta, oreos, biscoff etc it's mad really. Typically a vegan diet is based around wholefoods/veg/cooking from scratch but that is by no means the only way to do it if you really want to eat!!

My comment was below the belt? I was clearly stating that the comments towards Emilie didn't make sense because IVF wasnt the issue therefore her weight that was being criticised by ANOTHER PERSON didn't make any sense.

I’m not saying that she doesn’t have a law degree, she talks about it often enough so I’m sure she has! I’ve no idea if she’s ever practiced law! But I do know her job with CAB was welfare rights caseworker.

Oh no I know you meant about the practicing. I just was saying like I have a law degree but would never make out that I'm a solicitor because I'm not yet so I took it at face value that she was qualified because I didn't think someone would pretend to be if they aren't. Obviously my naivety

Whilst at Uni reading law, students are often referred to as lawyers by lecturers. You can get an LLB law at the end of your degree but for her to have become a solicitor, she would have had to have done another year studying for the LPC. Once she passed the LPC, she would have had to have then got a Training Contract with a Law Firm. TC’s take 2 years to complete and it is only after that would she become a qualified solicitor. That would have been the usual course for someone to have taken into law around the time she was an undergraduate.
When asked most of the people I know would refer to themselves as a Solicitor or Barrister and not as a lawyer as such.

My friend had a baby at 20 weeks. She weight 1lb, 1 and a half ounces. She was very poorly and it was touch and go for literally months. She’s 19 now and very healthy other than poor eyes. I think if they shows signs of fighting at birth they will helps them.

A baby born at 20 weeks that only went into SCBU, not a high grade NICU

A special care baby unit and nice is the same thing. It tends to be called scbu in the uk and nicu in America.

To see what the underlying cause is as to why the embryo isn't growing normally etc. As I stated previously, she is able to get pregnant therefore she doesn't need IVF etc.

Unless you have experience in this then you can't really argue the toss about it

Yes even mummy Wright has put a fair bit back on! My former consultant was at least 4 stone overweight it's hard to take advice from someone who really dosent get it themselves.

Totally, I remember when she was six months old and they were out eating at a pub and she got her a kids fish fingers, chips and beans meal! 6 months old!!!

Yes she was doing baby led weaning and V could eat an adult portion bless her!!!

Doesn't it still need to be marked as an Ad if it's gifted? I thought it did, as you're still advertising the company with a free gift.

My main point is that she's not gonna need a few pence from a jelly Ad to keep her going financially, unless it's worth hundreds or thousands of course. And in that case, if it was that would be another lie as these ads are always played down by these big accounts as being penny earners.
