She knew how to work that situation to her advance. It was totally dealt with and they had moved on but she decided to drag it all up. She thought she was hurting the consultant but actually it was her fellow members it hurt the most.

That consultant is really lovely. Claire sh!t all over her from what I heard. My friend told me she said the consultant wasn't supportive, which is rubbish as my friend goes to that group. Claire is too full of her own self importance, it's a wonder she gets through a door, her head is that big.
Wow, I did not know that! P is amazing.

I definitely get that with too much dairy. All my skin breaks out, especially along my jaw. Worth a go to see how your system is when the dairy clears. You may still be able to have some.
At home we have lactofree it is made by Arla. My daughter is intolerant, I sometimes have bad skin if I drink too much milk in one day but not had an official diagnosis. Since switching milk I have been fine. It is worth trying.

My search function keeps playing up and I was trying to see if ZoeyLou_sw had been mentioned on here? I really enjoyed following her but her account has been quiet since August and I really hope she’s okay!

There are some good points to slimming world and I lost a lot of weight on it however it does rely on people applying common sense. The free food thing is ridiculous. If you get told you can eat as much pasta, potato etc as you like then some people will take that to the extreme.
I saw a post on intsa yesterday where someone had ham, egg and chips. Not one egg but six eggs, a load of chips and loads of ham with salad in a bowl on the side. You're not going to lose weight by eating like that.
I do feel that Instagram doesn't help. These bigger accounts continue to bastardise the plan and people fall for it. All these people want is followers. Pure attention seekers, nothing else.
Mega protein tho 🥚

Thanks for your reply, I am going to go shopping later, I’ll look out for the milk in Morrisons, I did find they had the best non dairy selection when I tried being vegan, I did about 6 months but ended up going back to being veggie/pescatarian. Haven't had any fish of late again though after watching Seaspiracy on Netflix!

I've had a sore throat and felt generally congested with a constant headache since before Christmas, started back on SW in November, IBS flare ups have been more frequent too, and thinking about it my dairy consumption has ramped up by a lot, not just the healthy extras but I find myself eating a lot of yoghurt, cottage cheese etc. Would make sense if my body could cope before with the dairy I was having just in tea/coffee and not having cheese every day and now it's like woah please stop 😂
Have you looked into a low fodmap diet for your IBS?
