I feel like if SW do a youturn and follow calorie counting theyl lose a lot of there cult following. It would be the right thing for them to do though!

I have done but found it difficult to get my head around not being able to have a lot of the things I have all the time as it rules out a lot of veg, and I love spicy food 🙈
It doesnt necessarily rule them out it just reduces the amount you have. All depends as well if you are able to manage your symptoms as they are now. If youre happy then crack on eating the onion and garlic 😋

I am so glad I found this today.

she's a racist vile cretin.

she goshe's on about how she can't have a baby yet scoffs food gains more weight and drinks herself full of beer.

if anyone comments she soon cries attention

Has Emily’s.journey_x been mentioned on here? Absolute joke of a girl, crying about being too fat to conceive, then doing absolutely nothing about her weight in time for her ivf appointment. Then sulking on her stories because people rightly call her out on it, and goes out boozing and stuffing her face again.
It was me who called her out 😂😂 apparently she posted about me but has blocked me

Aw well fair enough we are all entitled to our own opinions! I find her pictures and the filter she uses so annoying and it’s all over my explore page it pisses me right off 😂 if I see another malteaser bunny or an edible star on top of porridge I’m going to scream 😂😂
Yea there is a lot of repitition and yea I agree on the mug cakes but I guess if it works for her then fair play 😂😂

Did anyone see skinnyschedules stories of her going mental at a juice plus rep? Felt sorry for the poor woman she really went for her for no reason!

I don't do sw anymore, but alpro Barista Almond milk is my favourite plant milk (has to be Barista). I can't stand vegan cheese 😂 so I just go without cheese tbh. I don't really miss it now. As for yogurts etc the alpro ones are good. I'm not vegan, but veggie with minimal eggs and occasional by products of milk (like cheese and onion crisps). I'm the same in the sense that I'm not lactose intolerant but milk makes me feel ill. I would avoid vegan cheeses 🤣 that's my only advice haha
Thank you 😊 Yeah when I was vegan I just didn’t have cheese in the end cos I couldn’t find one I liked, just something not right with any of them 😂 reminds me of play doh

those Friends of hers are the funniest I expected a quiet Sunday and shit hit the fan.

best of it is I didn't mean any malice I genuinely was just being polite giving her advice.

oh did she take offence to you aswell?
This is what I meant, I could tell from your reply you were just giving some advice. There wasn’t anything nasty in what you said, just some polite advice.
She needs to practice what she preaches ‘be kind’. Stop publicly calling people out who aren’t even being nasty to you in the first place.

Does anyone remember a slimming world account, the girl was called Emma something? I followed her, can't remember if it was Facebook or Instagram but she seemed to go through a tough time and then disappeared. Was proSW and then ANTIS. I often wonder how she is.

SW-Kirk clearly has a problem with food! Has he separated from the kids Mom? The way he interacts with some of the women is overstepping the mark. He clearly has an ED and Slimming World isn't working for him! It may have worked, but it isn't now.

Honestly, just do it.

Eyeroll alert 🚨 I have to say I am a huge fan of the ‘have your cake and your skinny jeans too’ book which was just another bandwagon jump for so many slimming worlders a couple of years ago. Reading that book was the turning point for me; for it to sink in and actually affect your behaviour though you have to be already actively questioning the plans; which you are. Honestly I think you would be successful (and I guarantee happier).

I think I started by just weighing in once a week; dropping the plan idea all together, menu planning for the next week thinking about my favourite meals and then just ate until I was satisfied. It’s so simple but the empowerment you get from eating what you want for a week and loosing weight (because if weight loss is a serious goal you won’t go mad!) that you will want to stick with it.

For me, ditching the plans has made me realise how disordered they were, I dropped pounds fast (for good) doing this and I cannot stress enough how it should be everyone’s ultimate goal - people cannot continue to pay slimming world et al every week until they keel over. It’s an entirely unnecessary and fabricated industry which only survives because people buy into it. I think a lot of people seem to be more critical and recognising it for what it is. Just question why skimming world haven’t shut down or warned off any of these accounts promoting the flawed ‘Instagram’ version of the plan - despite the fact that it’s disordered and downright unhealthy, they are a business and businesses are about profit not health 🤷🏻‍♀️
Thank you, I'll look up that book, I was thinking of finding some anti diet literature! I like the general concept of SW with the focus on eating mainly lean protein and veg, but it has a lot of flaws. I've only been back at work two weeks and was finding fitting everything in a nightmare. It's fine when you're preparing every meal at home but I work away a lot and I'm in the car all day too so it's really tricky. I had a meal deal on Tuesday and was like woah now :ROFLMAO: key is not going mad though with that 'off plan' feeling.

I was wondering what people’s thoughts are on hifi bars. I want to know if people like them, I have missed them and wondered if anyone can suggest alternatives?
I like them but certain ones give me a banging headache cos of the sweeteners and stuff in them. Been ages since I’ve had them but the carrot cake and lemon drizzle ones were bad for it. Everyone is different though I just react badly to things sometimes. I like the Fibre One popcorn bars which I think are still a Healthy extra? Not really been having them since I’ve been home all the time!

I definitely get that with too much dairy. All my skin breaks out, especially along my jaw. Worth a go to see how your system is when the dairy clears. You may still be able to have some.
Ah thanks that's good to know, it's really confusing reading about lactose intolerance online as there's such a huge spectrum of symptoms. Come to think of it my skin hasn't been too great either but I just put it down to wearing a mask all the time!
