Totally new to this thread but does anyone remember the blonde lady who lost a large amount of weight super quickly? Approximately 8 stone and I’m sure it was in under a year. I think the IG might have been “theslimmingmama” or maybe something else along those lines. She used to get really snappy at the most innocent of questions from other slimmers- probably because she was hangry to be fair.

He's still following the same behavioural patterns as he was when he was doing sw... he won't post any food he considers bad, he goes days without posting which usually means he's binging. I have to say tho, why on earth is he awarding himself slimming world certificates? I find that so damaging to people that follow him who also do sw who think they can eat all the processed shit he does and lose weight on sw.



his now what appears to be former friend shaun (who is another absolute cretinous individual who also shouldn't be a consultant) who he was doing man vs fat with now runs the groups he was.. and they no longer follow one another and they've even joined different man vs fat teams, I mean it's hardly ronaldo leaving man utd or messi leaving barcelona is it, but something happened...

I’ve seen Shaun’s posts! Why does he eat so much tomato purée like it’s sauce? Both are criminally tragic

Don't know if anyone saw Aaron Snares pix. He's piled it all back on but said it was Christmas. No way did he put Al that on in 2 weeks.
I haven't been on this thread for a bit so it may have already been discussed.

Someone I know commented on swrosssmith's birthday post saying something along the lines of he's had an amazing journey but with that comes an element of responsibility to be mindful of how he uses his words. He's always insinuating that anyone overweight will die soon and how disgusting he looked before. He SHOULD be mindful. People at this time of year feel awful about themselves and he's basically saying he thinks they're disgusting and will die soon. He's such a dick. He removed her comment and blocked her. He's so full of his own shit yet can't get his own woman and has yo shag other people's wives. I bet it boisted his ego too. He's a fool. Imagine if his daughter put on weight. He'd male her feel like shit and probably give her an eating disorder. Can't stand him

Has anything happened between swrosssmith and sionedhaf? She always comes across as a bit clingy towards him?

I used to work for the same company as Spangee (and in the same department as her seemingly ex-husband). She was always alright to say hello in passing but after she lost the weight and got more of a following on IG she used to walk around like she was something else..

Edit: she does still use her married name on Facebook so who knows if Mr B is still around!

That doesn't surprise me at all she seems so full of herself and cocky

I’ve just noticed she’s deleted my personal and weighloss accounts so I no longer follow her! Fucking weird as I’ve only ever liked pics. Fucking weird narcissist You're a weight loss account so she's probably put it all back on hence deleting SW accounts!

I’ve never felt the need to google pics of them and just always assumed they were 2 slim, glamorous women

I was always a bit suspicious when I saw the size of their hands in the videos

I don't follow Donna tackles slimming world but have a look when she's mentioned here (those portions are massive?!) but blatant attempts at hiding ads and aff links today so off went my report to the ASA
