I don’t get how he’s had so many calories and lost 11.5 lbs. The half stone must have been retained water or something!

If he had been binge eating over Christmas it will likely be some water retention and having experienced it myself almost all of it could be. Everyone’s bodies are different. Mine for example retains water significantly if I’m eating ‘bad’ foods especially if I’m not hydrating.

I just went in via the name of the person who had liked her post on the screen shot shared and she came up, but doesn’t come up if you search for her normally, could she have been shadow banned?

She’s still showing for me, maybe she’s gone private. The buy me a coffee post is the first post on her grid as she’s pinned it, she also has a link in her bio for it. Totally shameless! I can’t believe the minimum amount is £5, that’s even worse!

she was very thin at one point, Worked like 8 hours a week in sainsburys but did 20k steps a day was obsessed with eitherCC or SW
Had lots of cats and was obsessed with Disney? Used to dye her hair all the time and Had a boyfriend call Ben who all they’d do is go to McDonald’s or the cinema

I've been following this story and it makes me sad to think that something so beneficial (and miles better then SW is about to stop

It’s a good question, we’re looking at other options but with things to consider like liability insurance, it might start getting expensive and if we became more expensive than slimming world which we have been nearly half the price. It might not be cost effective for some and go back to slimming world.

I cannot stand Beatrice in her derdree Barlow glasses, filler lips and how fucking dim she sounds. She lost weight by sticking to 1000 calories during the lockdown( Obs the weight fell off) then now makes out she’s a nutritionist. Completely agree with what has also been said about her.
