I became genuinely afraid to eat bread/porridge for breakfast.. because what if I fancied a roll with my dinnerAs other have said it only works if you do it 100% but also you have to be mindful on the portions of free foods. But even though you see the plan and think wow I can eat all thos food free it kinda messes your head up when it comes to having oats and bread (sw bread allowance isnt bread in my opinion) in the same day. Or seeing food as syn vs free. No food should be seen as good or bad IMO. And ad others have said doing a fake away for free syns can be more calorific then the actual thing you wanted in the first place.
The only 2 thing s I like it for is encouraging cooking from scratch and pushing the fruits and veggies per meal for volume and lower cals.
If I were you, dont go back, track your cals and macros and enjoy life instead of feeling restricted on a plan that messes with heads big time
