So true, I think the NHS have more than enough to do right now.
Think she was hoping for some kind of sponsorship or something but,quite honestly, who would want to associate themselves with someone so unstable on instagram.

And I do feel for her wanting the skin surgery, but there are plenty of people in the same situation who live with it because they can't afford it.
