Her intake is 2100 calories a day because her TDEE is 2600, she claims. I would happily bet a tenner that it isn't (and that there we have the reason why she isn't losing weight)Sorry but if I’d been calorie counting for over a year and half and only gone down one dress size I’d be gutted. GemmaB reckons she was a 16 now a 14. And has been ‘counting’ for over a year. She’s deffo going wrong somewhere

exactly. And the only reason she’s lost that is because it was bloat from eating tit, so when she restricted herself the bloat would go naturally. I don’t know where she’s lost the ‘33lbs’ from tbh
I was wondering this too actually, I used to love her porridge recipes! Hope she’s ok

I really want to like her but the cringe-y reels she posts plus the occasional singing videos means that can never happen
I appreciate her honesty with her weight loss journey but I can't help finding her incredibly irritating 
So many SW accounts posting massive meals and telling people they've lost weight when they haven't lost anything in ages

Oh my gosh I’m glad I’ve found this thread. There are so many accounts who have disappeared. If anyone can give any info I’d be so interested, they just disappear off the face of the earth I always wonder what they’re doing now.
