Nice timing. In our last zoom yesterday this was one of the key messages emphasised in a ‘back to basics’ chat that’s supposed to be mirrored in every group.Consultants should explain better that speed with every meal means to REPLACE some of the food on your plate. Not that just adding speed to your meal without taking anything away will equal weight loss. Obviously thats just adding calories?
The consultant said that they had heard from people having a chicken balls and chips Chinese takeaway ‘but then had 2 apples for speed’ as if it was going to cancel it out! Some people are just thick though.
