Ashy doesn’t own baseline, it’s actually owned by Culture Kings and Ashy just pretends it’s hers 😂

I’m guessing that she is the face of the brand and obviously gets a percentage of whatever money they make (plus free clothes). it’s possible she is a partner? I’m not business savvy at all so can’t say too much about the specifics.
They don’t disclose it on the baseline website but do mention a parent company in their terms and conditions.

I’m impressed she showed Asher eating fries even if it was off another kids plate.. a bit more relatable then his usual fancy meals.

I googled and the company seems to have been sold last year, so perhaps they did. They don't even post on their own instagram or facebook -not since last year.
