He’s an odd creature that Matt Dent. He shares the same affliction as Simon in that he looks like a thumb that’s been licked and dipped in an ashtray.

Instead of passive aggressive sniping on Facebook, maybe they should both spend their time more productively by learning how to use a hairbrush and a razor.

Long but fascinating exchange here as Harris gets nailed to the floor over the Essex Loves Veterans shite 😂

Turns out Mr. High and Mighty, king of the virtue signallers himself, isn’t the bastion of morality that he so professes to be after all.

Just seen this over on Twitter (on a thread totally unrelated to Simon) but if the cap fits, hey Si?

You wonder why the big guns in satire never offered him a job

He's such a racist cunt. He can pretend it's "Barry" and "Chris" all he likes, but it's always been him.

And yes Simon, it's sexist, misogynist, creepy and vile to say "here's a pair of tits" - it doesn't make it ok that you show a picture of birds, it just makes it clear as well as being a creep you're worse than a shit end of pier comedian.

Nothing says "I respect the memories of those three little girls killed in Southport and those injured" like using the case for social media likes. Shame on you.

Hang on, there’s a Tesco in Southend? I thought there was just an Express selling nappies and beer near the estate, a Co-op, a posh Londis, inaccessible Lidl and of course The Asda.

Si mentioning Southend pier the other day reminded me of this classic which had me laughing for a good ten minutes at the mental image. He'd started a useless petition about roadworks in Southend for some unknown reason and this was a comment about him in the local paper.

Well seeing as how each thread tops out at 1,000 comments and we’re only up to 7, I’m not sure where you’re getting 10,000 comments from, Si. Are you exaggerating figures to make yourself sound more relevant again? Nooooo wayyyyy!!!! You’ve never done that before! 🤔

I’ve never seen anything on his threads which has gone beyond humorous and valid criticism of a charlatan grifter who is more than happy to dish it out to people that he doesn’t like, sometimes anonymously. We know he was anonymously behind pro-Brexit fake news websites. The entire schtick when he started the wanky Southend news network was that he was anonymous 🙄. Lest we forget, he made anonymous facebook profiles in a desperate bid to boost impression data for the crap he served up on Essex is blah blah blah and We Love Suffolk etc etc. He used the pages “U OK Hun?” and “Are Cuntry” to anonymously mock working class people for years. And I’ve pointed this out time and time again but it’s always worth repeating that he was a relentless and nasty bully to the likes of Sophie Corcoran and Adam Brooks when he was able to show his gormless face on Twitter.

Simon, you’re a hypocrite, an idiot, a cry-bully, and generally a nasty piece of work. You have no discernible skills beyond being a shit-stirring social media agitator who can’t take it when people give you a bit back. Suck it up, or shut up, you dickhead.

Imagine the poor bastards at Essex police. First you’ve got to deal with calls from Simon because people are being mean by discussing things that he admitted he did. Then tanskiii is on the phone asking you to arrest someone for joking that she shagged Russ in Mingeshire. Then you have to deal with salty allotment crimes before nipping in to see Jack Monroe and her suspiciously tiny scales… oh and the celebrity squad need to fit in twitter monitoring too. Exhausting stuff.

I think this might be what he is upset by:
Untitled.jpg

He moans about being "slagged off in a public space" and claims to have "stumbled upon" the criticism. But let’s unpack why this statement, much like his inflated public contracts, doesn’t hold up under scrutiny.

The critique posted by Jon Morter’s ex-wife was reposted by United in Kind, the very platform Kirsty's "crack team" of social media experts - including her favourite Simon, helped establish. Conveniently, Simon omits that United in Kind is now likely under the control of Jon, his former collaborator. Given their intertwined professional and personal histories, it’s disingenuous to suggest he "stumbled upon" this. Simon’s framing of this as a random encounter feels like a deliberate attempt to downplay his awareness of the controversy. His cryptic “I am the victim” post is designed to mislead his supporters, who likely remain unaware of these details.

And what is she criticizing? Simon’s receipt of nearly half a million pounds in public funds to manage social media for Essex County Council during the pandemic. This is alongside allegations of improper contracting practices, unchecked nepotism, and a disregard for fair pay and accountability. Instead of addressing these serious points, Simon’s response is classic deflection. Rather than engaging with the issues of inflated payments, stolen ideas, or mismanagement, he wants you to focus on his feelings—how "hurt" he is by people’s ingratitude.

This is classic victim framing: avoid accountability by making it about betrayal and your wounded pwide.

What a shame Hawwis isn’t on X anymore to see one of his famous infatuations spreading this glorious news.

Indeed Auntie Cawol. Let’s hope the profiteering wrong ‘uns go to jail.

Now to find out how we tip off said Covid Corruption Commissioner 🤔

Just a reminder folks, that during the entirety of covid and its aftermath, with all of the "punching upwards" he pretended to do: Boris Johnson, The Daily Mail, Nigel Farage, "gammons", wacists, tories - all legitimate targets in my view - not once in thousands of posts, all carefully crafted for maximum engagement, NOT ONCE ...not one single time... did he have anything to say about Michelle Mone. Not once since his grifting came to light but also not before it came to light.

You know what that says?

He knew, he 100% absolutely knew he was profiting from the pandemic.

Asbestos is, in fact, excellent insulation, and the people who became seriously ill and died from working with and installing it were generally working*-class men who had no idea that it would cause them lifelong breathing difficulties at best or aggressive and incurable lung cancer at worst. Of course, their employers likely did know, and the producers of asbestos were fully aware of the risks for years, but were more interested in profit than the safety of working men and their families.

Hilarious.

*Working - an alien concept to Simon - is when you go out and earn a living rather than taking hundreds of thousands of pounds of public money for a handful of social media slop comments that get next to zero engagement
