It looks like someone's turned his torso from back to front.
It looks to me like he's had abdominal surgery and is either tightly bandaged or wearing a compression garment. The wrist brace might be covering a bruise from his cannula.
I can't decide if he's seriously ill or he's had way too many lipo procedures ala Katie Price. It does distort body shape.........

Ive binged this today I have gone from thinking on his way out to thinking oh this post is a bit dramatic to agreeing again that hes not got long.
The recent pictures look shocking... im not sure he is dying from cancer , but I do believe he now has an eating disorder of some sort... His body appears emaciated, but he has clearly had his face pumped full of fillers to stop him looking gaunt..... but that just makes him look ridiculous!!

He admitted in the article he's had gastric band surgery but they don't complete the job until the target weight is achieved and the body fully recovered so Simon won't be getting all the loose skin removed until then Hopefully he'll look better once that is done
What article.? The one I read he categorically denied a band when asked.

Simon is a lot of things but large is not one of them,now or ever.Why would he want or need a gastric band?
Yeah even if he had excess middle aged large liposuction would be the treatment for that. Gastric band you wouldn’t even be allowed it if you were just overweight rather than obese
I've never looked at him as being large, never. Short legged yes. But that's just his body frame. Such is life. Those photos are awful. Has he really spent so long in show business to suddenly do something so drastic to himself cosmetically?

Maybe he has'nt had bariatric surgery or a band but only he and his close circle would know that for certain; Its just rather odd that he's suddenly surfaced looking so poorly although it could be a result of those bike accidents he had
He's in the DM today moaning that he won't use botox any more 'cos his face looks ducked. It's the fillers that have done that. His cheeks look odd. He looks like someone who has had a stroke facially. Dunno if he just overdid it or used it as a means to cover an illness of sorts.
