Some forms of chemotherapy cause neuropathy/nerve damage. That might explain the arm support.
His chest and abdomen look very odd.
What an ODD man Simon is. Odd looking, odd shape, just odd. It was also odd that he once bailed convicted child-abuser Jonathan King out of jail back in the day. You can tell a lot about the company a person keeps, you really can. Odd. Let's just hope it's just that.
In todays paper he's talking about marrying her so I bet there will be a wedding soon.

When I first saw the leftward photo, I thought it looked like he was trying to puff his chest out as much as possible, as people do to fake bodily mass.
He's always had an odd build, and body shape. But he doesn't look well here. Uneven nipples, looks very slim to how he has in the past. And the most unflattering loungewear.
Him saying he doesn't eat much anymore, even out in restaurants, worries me. All the people I know who went like that were weeks and months from death due to cancer.
The fact that he's getting married is the biggest red flag for me that something is seriously wrong.I think he wants to make everything legal before he goes.
