If you watch the Louis Theroux Max Clifford doc you’ll see that it’s shown that Max is planting stories of SC kiss and tells in the tabloids and it’s pretty obvious that Simon is gay. He even seems a lot more camp in that programme, which was made a long time ago.

Didn’t he have some kind of accident last year too, fell down stairs or something? Getting a bit clumsy. Hope he’s OK obviously.
I’m intrigued by whatever he has done with his face. Fillers? Some king of implant? Only it looks like the actual proportions of his face have changed, like his whole face has got bigger somehow.

His camp seem to be portraying his adoption of a lower profile as a willing and conscious decision, but it's blindingly obvious that his career has been on the downturn for the last decade. X Factor USA flopped, followed by the UK version's slide in ratings, as well as BGT's rapid decline more recently. His record label went kaput long ago. And that's not to mention the string of new TV formats he's attempted which have been canned after one series, including Red or Black, Walk The Line, and some cookery show where the winner would have their recipe turned into a ready meal (how enticing...)

What the brother alleges he said at Simon's birthday party as reported in the Daily Mail.

'One of my best lines was how he met his girlfriend Terri online, through an internet dating thing,' Nick said. 'How for months and months they were writing to each other. And when he met her, he was surprised that Terri could be a girl's name, as well as a boy's name.
'The other one I quite liked was: his favourite song when he was growing up was a song called Two Little Boys. And how he still likes Two Little Boys to this day.' He added: 'It's just an easy thing. He's completely slaughtered me in the past. I was just trying to get my own back. People found it funny. I was very pleased with myself.'"
So is it a case of Simon can dish it out but not take it, or is something else in play here, seems like an overreaction to fall out over it, maybe Simon has an especially fragile ego.

He’s always been like this. That’s why he hired Max Clifford who used to manipulate the press on his behalf. Did you see Louis Theroux’s documentary on Max Clifford? Simon appears on it a lot, this was right at the start of his time on Pop Idol and he actually comes across really well. Doesn’t take himself that seriously and happily chats and engages with Louis whenever they meet, which is often because he was always in Clifford’s office. It was obvious that both Simon and Clifford were paying or bribing lap dancers to sell kiss and tells to the NoTW to make him look like a ladies man.

I'm quite shocked that they're not settling in LA. Lauren's older son would have a much shorter flight away from there.
I still can't get my head around anyone giving a child up to be someone's beard... nothing in this world would ever convince me that SC is straight. And they're not married (publicly, anyway) so she may well be left out in the cold if something does happen to him.

Cowell always looks so sweaty . He looks like his breath smells of cigarettes and his body smells of sweat. His finger nails are too long and he’s horribly hairy. He makes me feel nauseated

I agree that he doesn’t look well. I am beginning to think he is either battling with illness, or is going down a weird Michael Jackson type road: Too much surgery / odd diet / use of oxygen, thinking it will offer eternal youth or something.

The DM article says he wore that loungewear outfit 3 times this week, including one time at rehearsals….I’m sure it’s washed in between….but it sounds like he’s going for comfort…..he’s often been a casual jeans and shirt guy for auditions but this is crazy casual like he’s at the stage the comfort is more important……it does seem like he might be quite unwell. It would appear the press knows and are hinting at it with all the stories, especially the will one. :-(
