Sheridan Smith

That last scene when she saw her daughter smiling really got to me and the real lady herself, I thought was so fitting. Sheridan and the rest of the cast looked like that scene was REAL and no acting. Loved it. That series will be hard to top, just love real life drama series. There's a couple I could think of would be good dramas.

Oh my,what a fabulous actress she is,oh I cried at the end,I remember few years ago, watching a crime programme about Julie Hogg,it’s a,ways stayed with me,to see Sheridan play Ann Ming was great.

i also watched her play a friend of Karen Matthews who had her daughter kidnapped,Sheridan was great in that as well. She played Julie Bushby.

Just finished the last episode (the ending 😭) all I can say is wow Sheridan was amazing she definitely should win an award for her performance and what an amazing woman Ann is and thanks to her determination to change the law at least ten other families have got justice ❤

How many different creative ways to suggest a couple have split up?
That whole article could have been around three lines had they just told the story straight.
Out of curiosity I asked chat gpt to list of all the phrases used in that article to illustrate that Sheridan Smith and Charley Webb are no longer friends and have parted ways. I’m sure it’s even more than are listed below
(yes I do have better things I could be doing but was just fascinated by the ‘journalism’ skills):

  1. “No longer be friends” – the headline and opening line state this directly.
  2. “Aren’t even speaking anymore” – explicitly says there is no communication now.
  3. “Drifted apart” – repeated twice to describe how the friendship ended.
  4. “Friendship quietly came to a ‘rather abrupt’ end” – emphasises both suddenness and silence.
  5. “Parted ways as friends earlier this year” – clear language that they have separated.
  6. “Shift in their relationship earlier this year” – signals a turning point leading to distance.
  7. “Taking different paths” – metaphor for choosing different lifestyles and priorities.
  8. “Charley wasn’t really part of those plans” – implies exclusion when Sheridan moved house.
  9. “Grew close to [another actor] and ended up ‘drifting apart’ from Sheridan” – highlights that Charley’s new connection contributed to distance.
  10. “Once been ‘inseparable’” – used in contrast, showing how significant the change is.
  11. “Quite a stark contrast to Sheridan’s life now” – suggests their lifestyles are no longer compatible.
  12. “Quiet life… really happy being back up north” – contrasts Sheridan’s current focus with Charley’s city social life, implying divergence.
  13. “No one has seen [the dog] for ages… think he’s up in Doncaster with Sheridan” – symbolic of separation, with shared pet no longer in Charley’s life.
  14. “Won’t have Sheridan as her ‘cheerleader’ anymore” – emotionally frames the loss of support.

It’s highly likely that she is on Mountjaro or an equivalent.

All these famous folk getting mega fit on their regimes. Nothing wrong with being on the jab, but maybe they should not pretend it’s a down to a raw diet, fitness regime or whatever.

I'm surprised someone as famous as Sheridan chooses to post her son topless in bed on social media! Her career is doing so well, she doesn't need to use her son for traction.

Her gf looks dead behind the eyes, not just in the video just posted, but in nearly all of her videos. Both of them look glazed and in need of a good wash.

As I said in Charley's thread, I don't think they will, but they're barely hiding it.
I find it quite strange. Not that they don't want to publicly announce it, but that they're being so blatant about it whilst not wanting to announce it. You'd think they'd be more discreet.

I also wonder why the Daily Mail have been very heavily hinting about the relationship for a few years now, but we don't have the usual Daily Mail tactic of a quote confirming it along the lines of "a source says the pair are very much loved up" like you usually get from them. The Daily Mail certainly aren't above outing relationships, which makes me wonder if they've made some sort of an agreement with them.

Anyway, I haven't seen much that Sheridan is in, but she comes across as a canny yet fragile lass, and I always find myself rooting for her. I can't take to Charley, she seems like quite a cold person.

I sort of get it, from the point of view of "everyone knows already without us saying anything, so meh", but I personally wouldn't want to do what they're doing without acknowledging it.

Me neither, I think it would make me a bit on edge in public together in terms of what's acceptable for the obvious but not official dynamic of the relationship.

I get not wanting to do a big public "coming out" but I'm quite surprised, given how active they are on social media together, that there hasn't been some sort of simple "Happy Valentine's/birthday, my love" type post as a way of making it public in an understated and non-intrusive way. They're getting stories printed about them anyway
