FYI ladies I returned some stuff a while back, it was too big for me but the quality was decent. I had to complain to get my refund though. It had been 15 days since I posted it, i had checked the track and trace which confirmed it arrived with them. They didn't apologise for the delay once I could finally get in touch. I struggled to find out how to contact them too. Its put me off ordering again tbh x

everything I have ordered has come up on the larger side of things.Ohhh I always want to order from there.
How is the sizing? I’m quite petite (not height wise I’m 5’5 but I’m usually a size 4/6 - though sometimes even PLT size 6 hangs off me). I have quite small boobs and I’m quite lanky. My waist is small, hips are quite wide though. So I’m always worried that the sizes wont fit and I’ll have to return everything.
Also has anyone ever got any customs shipping fees when the package arrives? (Not even sure where it ships from?) I’m always so scared to order from places like that in case I get hit with an £80 bill for clothes that didn’t even fit
Lastly, how are returns? Are they easy enough? I hate having to print off labels etc and I’m just always worried they won’t accept it for some reason haha.
For returns, you need to print a label. Its annoying but pretty straight forward.

Ordered off shein last week and now a bit weary it will even show up after reading trustpiolet. Some are saying they ordered back in March and their items still haven’t arrived. Anyone else experienced this?

I bought some size 10 (I'm usually 9.5-10) ballet slippers and they are perfect.
I've ordered a couple of things off Shein and its so hit and miss. I ordered a dress a while ago and the fit was quite snug so decided I would size up next time - I do like the dress and the quality is pretty decent, plus it washes well. The next things I ordered were massive, far too big. I'm generally a size 10/12 and found going for M was a bit hit and miss but then so was a size L so now I try and gauge it based on the fit of the thing i.e. more fitted stuff go for L, loose/oversize fit go for M.

It came just above my ankle but I didn’t look too bad, I sent it back though and I probably wouldn’t bother to order again because of the hassle x

My teenage daughter got her order this week, first one. Shes a ladies size 8, 5ft 9 and slim build with hips,bum and chest.
she ordered the tie dye joggers in a 10, they are good fit, a bit short for her height but they are nice. She ordered oversized t shirt in a medium, it’s v oversized so should have gone for a small. She ordered a white , it looks ribbed, crop top in a 12, it’s absolutely tiny and looks indecent. Same goes for a black crop top with eyes on the front. Tiny. Fit’s my v tall and thin 9 year old. Quality on t shirt and joggers is good, other stuff is poor. Comparable to primark. H&M.

They took 48 hours. Did you have to get a ticket thing?! It was a right faff to figure out how to do it.

I have ordered from these before and only had one problem.
I ordered a dress, size 12, that I would not get on my big toe but if I had read the reviews for this dress, it would have told me this, so my 9 year old niece got the dress.
Quality always good . Tops are lovely.

I’ve done about four decent orders from there, and honestly, the prices you pay are so decent. It is a bit flimsy, but they have so many unique styles and patterns which I love. So much variety. With the sizing, most of what I have got has come up a little bigger so I’m always buying a small now. They have some great deals in the sales they do as well (got two bomber jackets for £4). I love the play suits they have as well!.
