Oh...I cant remember how I found it but it was on thier website under faq or customer service. And it said how you could contact them but you would need a ticket. Basically an online generated thing that allows you to contact them. It was a pain and put me off ordering ever again tbh. I hope you get your refund x
That's annoying! Thank you.

It's a shame as I was going to reorder but I'm not going to now

I’ve ordered a few times and had no issues. Would always recommend looking at the reviews on each item, always better when people have posted pictures too as they give you a better idea of what the item is actually like. I’ve heard returns are a bit of a pain but most of it is that cheap you just wouldn’t really bother to return it if it’s not what you wanted

No, no, no and nope.... I'll never order from them again. Bought some tops, a Cardi and some face powder. Ended up returning everything but the face powder as tbe sizing was either huge or tiny. But, by the time you've paid the original delivery charge then the return charge the £3 powder ended up costing me £11! 🤦🏼‍♀️
I'd stick to H&M for basics now...

I bought a few shirts last week from a woman who imports Shein clothing and sells it on a local marketplace (her markup is minimal).

The sizes are very hit and miss ... even though I bought two shirts exactly the same (black, long-sleeved, frill-necked - great for work), the sizing is completely off. It's all good though ... I've listed the too-small one for sale on the marketplace along with the measurements and already have bids on it.

I love the lightweight, easy-care fabrics they use. Most of all, I love the budget-friendly price point.

I ordered some winter jumpers a couple weeks ago and returned them all. They were just really thin and didn't feel they would last.
I've ordered loads of Summer dresses though and never had an issue, IMO its better for Summer stuff.

I downloaded the app and did it all through that, but from what I remember you just choose all the items you are sending back, then they send you an email with a Hermes returns form or another courier I can'tremember which other one it was,I just printed it out, took it to my local Hermes shop but it did take a while for the refund to come back to me

I’ve ordered loads of stuff off here, mainly blouses for work and going out tops. So cheap but most are actually really good quality! I’ve had so many compliments on my tops and they’re cheap enough to buy loads of different ones. Usually takes a week to 2 weeks to come which is great especially at the moment. Always some sort of discount as well.

Only bad thing I got was a pair of heels - sizing was tiny and the strap barely fit round my ankle to fasten it. And I have really skinny feet and ankles. I sent them back, the refund was really quick once I sent them. The problem was trying to find the returns label on the website, it wasn’t where they said it should be so I had to contact them on Twitter. First time they replied quickly and asked for my order number. After that I messaged them 3 times to chase it and never got a reply but then the label miraculously appeared.

I ordered loads of lingerie and it was all awful quality. I kept it all because I seem to remember underwear being non returnable but none has ever been worn.

My order finally arrived.
T-shirts are good quality but their sizing is way off, I got Large but they were super large.
Dresses are far too thin.

would say 6/10 overall

Finally got my refund but it's totally put me off from buying anything from them again, especially as I got the refund and no explanation email as to why they didnt refund the full amount in the first place 😡

One order. Never again.

Leggings were see through and seemed to be very generous in the crotch area.

I also ordered a teddy zip up hoodie. It was horrendous. It was like a terry towel dressing grown made into a hoodie with no lining and very long in the arm. Certainly not "teddy" at all.

Tshirt I got one wear out of. It was small in size and was itchy.

Never again.

I ordered 3 dresses. Took 9 days to arrive from China, so not too bad.
I ordered size Medium (I'm a 10/12)
They all fit me, if anything slightly too big (they were smock type dresses)

Quality was shit. One of the dresses was see through.
The material is very thin and feels cheap. Not even primark quality.
I liked one of the dresses it was seemed a thicker material than the other two.

I'm going to keep them all only because i don't have a printer and you need one to print off the return label. They told me at the post office i was unable to get the label printed there.

I would never order from there again.

I always size up and they’re fine
Best thing I’ve bought from shein is raised cat bowls for my cats! Highly recommend. I’ve bought loads of clothes too u just have too looo at the reviews under each item to get the correct size !

I bought shoes once were miles too small look at the reviews under the boots to check
May have to give the boots a miss then as I’m a size 7 and these only go up to a 7.5!
