I’m also seeing the benefits too though. I thought I just had unmanageable cuticles and there was a limit to how good my DIY manicures could be. Turns out weekly cuticle remover & pushback and once a day nail oil is all I needed to have them in top condition but it was only the quest to use up these products that made me consistent enough to see how they could be!
This gives me some hope and a shove to do the same. I’m never happy with my cuticles and nails in general, but I also don’t use all the stuff I have regularly….

I've just chucked my benefit brow pencil. It was over half full but had dried up or something. No matter how I tried to use it, it wasn't working. I 100% will not be repurchasing as I can't afford to bin £20 products on the regular!

Philip Kingsley split end remedy mini - too heavy for my hair no matter how little I used so used it up as a pre wash treatment

No 7 Lip liner - very creamy, was using all over before oil/gloss but still took an age to use up (too old to hang on to). I’ve not been a habitual liner of lips but I’ve a few to get through from gifts with purchase so I’m making it a thing. I prefer a less creamy formula for actually lining.

Revolution lip liner to replace above went in the bin after a lot of sharpening because life’s too short - unusably dry, probably partly down to age but it’s A LOT newer than the no 7 liner

Benefit 24hr brow setter - thought this would outlive me but finally empty. Fine but no better than the Aldi one I’ve replaced it with

Clinique lip scrub - I’ll never buy lip scrub in a pot again. Took me so long to get through (messy and just not easy to use) I now use essence avocado lip booster for a light scrub daily which i find so much better all round

Tattle sponsored boots hyalaronic sleeping mask - as we all know it’s the dog’s. I’m feeling smug I took advantage of the offer that was on when tattle influenced me and bought 3 (commiserations to the tattle influencer who could’ve become a millionaire from commission income)

Christmas Bath bomb - received as a gift, was big and in the way, back to the bubble baths

Tresemme heat defence spray - doesn’t do anything bad, who knows if it does anything good

I used to love this, but I recently repurchased and it smelt disgusting, I went back to the shop and smelt some others and they all smelt the same, they must have changed the formula!

oh thanks so much for the heads up. I’d bought something different to get me over free postage on an order but when I tried it today I thought I’d go back to tresseme when it’s done as I much preferred the smell (unless it worked some sort of miracle of course) - I’ll avoid tresseme if it’s stinky now!

Body Shop ginger shampoo - not my fave, I'm not a huge fan of shampoo that leaves my hair fully squeaky clean and needing to be conditioned each wash, will be going back to Bed Head Tigi Shampoo (plus it smells like butterscotch)

Hada Labo Gokujun Premium Hyaluronic Cream - loveddddd it. Bough it in Japan for ~6 €, here it's four times that. 😫 I'll definitely buy it again tho, it's really good and it doesn't cause any breakouts on my sensitive skin.

Finished a ouai leave in conditioner - it’s good, smelled really nice and left my hair nourished. If I didn’t have others to use up, I’d repurchase

Isn’t it annoying when you use up products purchased in Japan and instantly regret not buying a suitcase full ? I wish I’d bought more of the DHC lip balms and Biore water SPF …. Perfect excuse to go back though 😉

Not empties as I got tired of trying to mix two incorrect shades together to make one foundation but I just binned the Sculpted by Aimee Second Skin Matt foundation. Plus, it didn't seem to suit my skin anymore.
Moved onto the Sculpted Tint and Glow yesterday and I love it!! Looks so much better on my skin!

Sol Janeiro bum bum cream. Only a small, advent calendar size, pot thank god. I hate the smell of this and I wish it wouldn't be included in advent calendars so often!
