Irrelevant to your thread and your comment but I love your pic!🤣❤
Thanks, it reminds me of my cat 😂

finished up my dove intensive repair shampoo/conditioner, will forever repurchase

dove roll on deodorant, much prefer roll ons over sprays now.
Got2b eyebrow gel, this stuff does not budge! And it’s cheap as chips!

Kind of used up a collagen face wash I purchased in Korea. Didn’t like it at all so mainly got used as a body wash until today when I hurt my hand trying to squeeze the tube, so I threw it out in temper. Stupid bloody arthritis 😤

Last of my Beauty Pie ceramide capsules finished up. I use them as soon as I finish my swim each day so will definitely repurchase, but plan to finish up a few random face oils first.

Another sachet of coconut-tea body scrub too. Going to move on to my beauty pie scrub for a bit to use that up for good as I much prefer the Delhilicious tea ones.

I too finished a candle. Beauty Pie Bahia de Miel. Quite a nice scent, maybe a tad sweet for my taste, but I’m moving away from candles eventually so won’t be repurchasing.

The rabbits also kindly used up two bags of dried rose petals and chamomile flowers for me. They thought they were delicious 🐰🐰🐰 I think they’d repurchase if I upped their pocket money 😂

I just finished John Frieda Go Blonder shampoo. Wouldn't buy again, it was ok as a shampoo but I can get the same cleanse from a budget shampoo. Didn't deliver on its promise to Go Blonder, as it used to when it was first launched.

Primark Gentle Micellar Water for £2.50 was an absolute bargain. Will deffo buy again as it's every bit as good as the Garnier one.

Billion Dollar Smile purple toothpaste. Absolute waste of money, did nowt.

Note to self, buy basic products that work for me!

I’ve emptied a few partly used tubes of hand cream into a nice glass bottle in the Hope I’ll actually use it up!

Aveeno calming serum- repurchase on repeat thanks to Amazon subscribe. My skin just likes it and feels like a nice base for moisturiser which is another empty on repeat-Weleda light skin food.
My skin is so reactive so am sticking to what I know works now which does save me money as otherwise I’d be buying all the hyped up latest products!
I keep toying with Weleda skin food. I love a heavy moisturiser that leaves a glow but not one that sits on top and is oily. Do you think the light would fit that?

The weleda skin food is so heavily fragranced, I wish I hadn’t bought it, I’m trying to use it up now. I thought it would be good for dry skin but I read online it can cause perioral dermatitis

Not to discredit anyone's experiences, as obviously skincare is so personal and everyone reacts differently, but just to add another perspective, I absolutely love the Weleda Skin Food. I have sensitive, dry skin and I wouldn't be without it now. I use the original which is quite thick but you only need a small amount and my makeup sits really nicely on it afterwards.

I liked it at first but now I prefer other moisturisers/primers (CT magic cream, saie super glowy gel, Bobbi brown vitamin face base), it is quite thick though!

Yeah it wasn't for me either, irritated my skin and I found the scent overpowering/headache inducing. The thing is, so many people swear by it!! It's just shows how personal recommendations are valuable but also have a limit in terms of usefulness!

I like skin food for a handcream but I couldn't use it on my face because its too thick for me. I prefer a lighter gel cream for my face

Just finished my Kérastase Chroma Absolu Soin Acide Chroma Gloss. Would repurchase. It made my scalp sting, I didn't notice a different in how my hair looked and I hated the smell.

Wait you would repurchase? Even though it made your scalp sting, there was no difference and you didn’t like the smell? 😭

btw I finished a bath and body works moisturiser 🥰 slowly working my way through my stash!

Love watching people go through their empties online so this thread has not disappointed - thank you!

Here are my empties from January:

Hair:
  • Aldi Living Proof dry shampoo dupe. Never used the Living proof one but this one was fine.
  • L’Oréal HA shampoo - I like this but haven’t replaced as I had another shampoo to use from my stash.
  • Pantene keretin hair mask - my hair liked this. Replaced with a different one from my stash.

Skincare:
  • Body shop camomile cleanser - does what it says on the tin and my skin likes it. Replaced with a Heimish balm cleanser.
  • Garnier invisible serum spf50 - my skin loves this so have replaced like for like.
  • Beauty Pie Happy Face moisturiser - not very exciting but my skin really likes it. Will rebuy but currently using up a different day moisturiser from my stash.
  • Beauty Pie Jeju moisturiser - my skin really liked this. Used both AM and PM. Might be a bit heavy summertime to use as daytime moisturiser. Would buy again but replacing it with Illycoon ceramide cream.
  • Boots Ingredients HA Sleep Mask - like @Grizzlybear I remember someone on a thread here recommending it. Loved this and will replace when I next go to Boots.

Make up:
  • Nyx - Thick it, Stick it eyebrow gel. Love this so replaced it with the same.
  • Beauty Pie Brownie Mascara - really like this but keep being fickle and trying other things thinking I’ll find my holy grail. My only annoyance with this mascara is that I feel it has to be broken in. Not sure that makes sense to anyone other than me.
  • Maybelline - Sensational Sky High primer - ok. Looking for a new eyelash primer.
  • Maybelline Lash Sensational - didn’t get the hype but needed a waterproof mascara. Did what I needed it to do but won’t re-buy.
  • Have a Max Factor false lash effect mascara to use from my stash but little miss fickle is still window shopping other mascaras lol.

Does the Jeju moisturiser have a strong scent ? What Is the texture like ?

I’ve been toying with the idea of trying it for a while but I’m so fussy with scents and texture. My favourite was the QI but I’ve used up all my stash and it is no more 🥺

Noooo, that's a typo. I 100% wouldn't!

Thanks for catching me on that and allowing me to clarify!

Scent wise there is a soft scent when smelling the pot but it’s only slight once you’ve taken what you need and I don’t find it noticeable.
Texture wise I would say it’s different - it comes with a little spatula as it’s quite ‘firm/solid’ but it then rubs in really easily and absorbs quickly. Sounds odd but I quite liked that it wasn’t a ‘wet’ feeling cream.

I never used the QI one - does annoy me how they suddenly stop products with what feels like no warning!
