I just used it instead of normal shampoo and then followed it up with a normal conditioner. I didn't know at the time you could also get a conditioner, not that I need more conditioner(!)

I did this with brown mascaras, bought them and disappointed they looked black on me. Kept repeating the process every time I saw a new one to keep being disappointed This sounds just like me! It’s so hard to find your holy grail, even when I take product recommendations from people, they have different skin types, hair types, to me. thought I’d cracked it with a small, stylish leather backpack for work (I have a 30 min walk to the train station and back) until someone fiddled with it on a packed train claiming they were trying to do the zip up 
so I’ve gone back to my original tote/shoulder bag.. It has a very off putting smell that you can smell on you for hours after.

it just worked!! Emptied it last year.The complete name is Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate, I used it every night simply after toner though 3 nights per week I used it after retinol serum (I used la roche posay B3). In the morning my skin felt so plump & moist (I’ve normally got dry skin) even when I only used it at night (without retinol) the result is the same, just satisfying feels. In the morning I wash it with COSRX Low Ph Good Morning Gel Cleanser (which I’ve emptied several times). Now I’ve been using Shiseido Benefiance Wrinkle smoothing countour serum in the last few weeks, good enough but the Ultimune one is still unbeatableCan I ask a bit more about the Shiseido Ultimune essence empty? What is it? How do you use it? Why did you like it so much?
I am trying to use up so much stuff but still no empties to add to the group as of yet!!
. In SE Asia we can get good deal if we buy several Shiseido products in one purchase so after I’m finishing this one I’m thinking of getting the Ultimune again lol. I’m in my late 30s btw.
